They don’t even deserve a star. They take your money and run. It’s been a month...no product...no communication....but they sure do take your money fast. Opening fraud alert with my credit card as I have tried everything. Complete and utter SCAM. You’ve been warned.
It has almost been exactly ONE MONTH…
It has almost been exactly ONE MONTH since placing an order with Real Pet Art. I spend a lot of money on this, thinking it would be a sweet and sentimental gift for my mother this Christmas. Christmas was yesterday. NOTHING. Not one update, returned email, or even attempt to communicate!!! I have sent them 12+ emails, messages, and comments- trying to simply get an UPDATE on my order. NOTHING! I'm super upset at this point because it's really looking like it is a scam, and I was really looking forward to my product. They never even sent me my proof to approve for my order. This company is absolute trash. It takes NO effort to respond to your customers who have already PAID for their product. Trash. Trash. Trash.

I ordered my art weeks ago and just got the proof. I’ve sent several emails and despite their website saying “we will respond within 24 hours” I haven’t gotten a single response even weeks after I sent the emails. If I don’t get the art by January I will be asking for a refund and based on the other reviews here I won’t get it so I will be filing a report on the company (sounds like a huge scam)

Add me to the list of people who are waiting for an order that will likely never come. Emails and Facebook posts are not answered. I'll be filing a charge back with my credit card company.
Don’t waste your time or money
Ordered middle of November. Credit card was instantly charged. Still no proofs or updates. Won’t respond to emails. They blocked Facebook messenger communication. I will attempt to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Huge disappointment.
Total Scam
I completed an order online on November 19th. I have not heard anything since, My card has already been charged for the order. I've submitted three tickets since, with no reponse. No number to call, this is definitely a scam. I was simply asking for an update.

This place is a total scam. They don’t respond to email and after weeks of waiting with zero communication, it’s clear they are not actually going to make my print or ship it. Beware and avoid!!!
Real Pet Art is a SCAM
Real Pet Art is a SCAM. The address listed is a post office and there is no number to call for customer service. The only way to reach them is via Facebook messenger. After ordering two poster prints from them and never receiving the proofs or the products, I reached out to them on FB Messenger letting them know I planned on filing a report with the Federal Trade Commision if they did not provide a contact number and a status update on my order. Instead of giving me a contact number, they asked for mine. Seconds later, I received a phone call from a Private Number that I did not answer because it was a Private number - it was Real Pet Art informing me that they were not a scam and that they would finally give me the refund I had been asking for due to my concerns regarding the legitimacy of their "company". Shortly after, I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission. I suggest all others who ordered from them do the same - it's the only way to get your money back and stop "companies" like this from scamming others.

I placed three orders in November hoping to get everything in time for Christmas. I had to harass them on Facebook just to get proofs of which I have still only gotten for two, both of which were wrong and had to be revised. I still have only gotten one revised proof back. I was told the one I finally did approve would ship within a day or two. It still has not shipped. I sent several emails which were never responded to. They only responded on Facebook and they have now blocked me from messaging when all I have asked them repeatedly is whether I would receive these in time for Christmas and still have gotten no answer. They have no phone number and the address on their website is a post office. I understand its a busy season but I ordered a month in advance and if they would at least have let me know that it wouldn't come in time or that I needed to pay extra for express shipping for it to make it I gladly would have. Instead I have gotten zero answers or cooperation.
I am not convinced this is not a scam and I am losing hope that I will ever receive the orders that I paid for. All I want to know is if I will have gifts to give my family on Christmas.

Waiting for actual product. I agree with previous commenter that I placed order on early November approved pictures and never was sent an update or anything about my order. Buyer beware. You cannot check status online, and company takes days to respond to emails. I ordered previous to the holidays for a reason.
Expect absolutely zero updates on your account or orders
I'm getting upset with this website because they don't keep you updated on your orders. When you ask for an update, expect attitude and rudeness from the reps. I let them know that I hadn't even received a confirmation email (!) containing my order number for my $110 purchase on November 18, 2019 and the lady resent it to me but also took the time to make sure to let me know how incompetent I am by telling me to double-check my spam and that they definitely already sent it the day I ordered (which is not true - I checked every junk box, spam box and deleted email box for each email address I have - nothing). Since then I have had to approve a first overall proof (just the dog) and then I had to go back and pick a background picture (dog + background), which is what I expect. However, each time I had to approve something, I was never notified that I needed to approve anything. I have checked the website/my account daily to see if there are any updates and I just reached out to them a second time to double-check. Overall I am irritated and will probably never order from here again because the lack of communication skills that this company has between them and customers is absolutely appalling. I don't think it's crazy to want to know the status of my order when I've paid a decent amount of money for something. Waiting until I actually get my final in the mail before I add/remove stars.

I hate this company. I have reached out repeatedly (at least three times) to them through the website and through email asking for updates but there is never any response. There is no phone number to call, either. I don't know what my options are anymore. I'm so angry I can't see straight. And forget about a refund - they make that very clear up front that you won't get one because these are custom orders.

Finally heard back from them (interestingly enough after I shared my review with them) and they replied back "thanking me for my patience and understanding". I didn't need the snarky email. I wasn't demanding that my order be shipped immediately or that I see a proof every day. I just wanted to know the status of my order (which, by the way, was going to be shipped a few days ago, but - shock - no update on that either), and they repeatedly failed to give me one. I'll never use this website again.

I received my order and it was actually very well done, but the entire process has been a nightmare. Wouldn't do this again even if someone had a gun to my head.
