caused us to cancel our plans. The Travel Insurance through Red Sky was an expense we were
glad we purchased. They were efficient in reviewing our claim and then fully refunded our trip. They were

I will never use this service again. I still don't have my full refund.
First we were told that we would only be reimbursed part of the money for the reservation. Then it took multiple phone calls and multiple excuses as to why we were not getting the full amount. Twice I was told the check is on the way. Well I still haven't received it. It makes me wonder how many people just accept that they will not get a full refund and you end up with their money. I am still waiting for my money.

As with any insurance claim, in order to adjudicate a claim in accordance with the terms of the policy, whether to approve or deny, our examiners require complete documentation supporting such claim. In reviewing the communications on your claim, we reached out multiple times requesting the Attending Physician Statement and additional medical documentation, which was necessary in this instance to properly evaluate your claim.
Please understand that it typically takes 30 days to review and adjudicate a claim following receipt of all required documentation. Once your documentation was received, your claim was processed in 16 days.

Use caution when purchasing Red Sky Travel Insurance
I experienced a very unsatisfactory experience. The reason for using Red Sky Travel Insurance is to insure your travel in case of an emergency,etc. Asking for financial information (proof of purchase) should be sufficient for proof of purchase. Asking for a death certificate is absolutely not acceptable. I am very disappointed with Red Sky Insurance.

Charleston Trip
For our trip to Charleston, SC we had a medical emergency with our service dog that would have made travel during our vacation unadvisable. We consulted our travel destination provider and they encouraged us to file a claim with the travel insurance provider RedSky. The claim forms were simple to complete and requested documentation easy to upload. The RedSky team asked a lot of questions and we answered them to the best of our ability. With all the questions we were skeptical of getting a refund, but in hindsight they were just doing their job. We happy the team refunded our trip cost and will definitely use them on our next trip.

You need more than sunscreen at the beach!
We have been insuring our beach vacations with Arch Red Sky Insurance for some years now and have been very satisfied with their service. It is unfortunate, but true, that storms are more frequent in the fall. We have relied on our insurance to cover trip interruptions and trip cancellations due to hurricanes and nor'easter storms. They have always reimbursed us rapidly and correctly. We highly recommend their coverage.

GREAT JOB RED SKY!!!
I read the policy to make sure I understood it. Wayne is the person with whom I corresponded throughout the entire process. He replied to me when I had questions. When I submitted the documentation, he informed me about a specific form the attending physician needed to fill out. Once I had the completed form and faxed it, Wayne communicated that it had been received and was under review. When the claim was approved, he let me know that it was. Red Sky was incredibly understanding and very professional! It is a company I would use again! Thanks for everything!!
