Your satisfaction is important. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee*, which allows you to cancel your travel insurance plan within 14 days from your effective date of coverage** or before your scheduled departure date, whichever comes sooner.
Arch RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the time specified, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You can email your request to customerservice@roamright.com.

Mr. Cory saved the day. Why I made that statement. He was the third person I spoke with since Oct. 12, 2026.
The second rep I spoke with could not and did not try enough to break down his delivery so to understand clearly enough, my opinion.
However I taught I would give this another try and got a hold of Mr. Cory and it wasn’t long after explaining my situation for him to narrow it down in layman’s terms which I understood clearly, I’m happy to say he did an awesome job and directed me to the correct avenues to hopefully solve my issue. I would like to award Mr. Cory a 5/5. Thanks
