We purchased this Arch Roam travel insurance by Gate 1

We called Arch Roam and asked about the benefits. They told us hospitalizations and death in the family will be covered.

Before traveling, my dad passed away in the hospital. We had to cancel our trip and we notified Gate1 and Arch Roam . We provided my dad’s death certificate . Arch Roam is NOT providing our claim money. They refused to process our claim.

Before buying this insurance we called and provided all the details and discussed.

This is frustrating, having a death in the family and talking to this company.

Please be careful with this insurance company.
This a scam!!! And fraud company!!!

I contacted Arch insurance after placing my claim for a trip that was interrupted by weather condition in Hawaii by hurricane NOLO. Wasn’t sure if more information or documents were needed so I contacted Arch. I explained my concerns to Lori and she was very helpful, friendly and professional in assuring me that everything was good and that they would reach out if more docs were needed. Thank you Lori.

Arch Insurance asked us relevant questions in the claims process, used an online platform to make a claim for compensation, and processed our claim promptly. What more could we ask from an insurer of our trip.

If I could give negative stars I would. I know that everyone's situation is different but I would never use them again. I purchased this insurance for a trip and found out months later that I needed to have surgery. My surgery was scheduled to occur two days before the trip and that was the only date this year that would work for my schedule. I was told that I would be out of commission for three weeks, which would mean that I could not travel during the recovery period. I submitted my claim and was denied stating that I did not show proof that I could not travel during the dates of my trip. All of this information was in the doctor's write-up that I provided with my claim.

I love Arch RoamRight! They covered me on a Viking Cruise when my travel partner passed away before the trip! The insurance is high coverage for a good price! Highly Recommend!

Easy to follow and when I called customer service to ask a question, she was very attentive and explained thoroughly about the coverage I was purchasing.

She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She had my answer and solution within minutes. The wait to speak with a person was not that long, and I used the call back option, which also was great. Definitely one of the best insurance company experiences I have had.

SUBMITTING THE CORRECT INFORMATION CAN BE
CHALLENGING. IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET DOCTORS TO
COOPERATE.
