Scammers
Scammers! Gate One Travel should not sell this horrible company insurance policy. Was suppose to go to Europe last spring, when I got terrible back and hip pain. Could hardly sit or stand. Was going to my chiropractor, who is considered a physician in North Dakota. Arch Insurance said they needed a letter from her. I sent them a letter from her, then they wanted a form filled out by her. So we did that. Then they still denied my claim because they said she is not a physician. What a scam. I have used their insurance I don't know how many times and have never made a claim, but now when I needed them they wouldn't pay. I told them they could at least give me my premium back, but they won't even do that.

Excellent information from a knowledgeable agent!
The representative (Brenda) dealt with me professionally and gave me comprehensive information about the multi-trip insurance I was interested in. She also gave me information about Proplus insurance when I mentioned that the trips we will be taking are with Gate1. She gave me quotes for both. I wish I had asked her for a quote for up to $10,000. Now I have to call back to get that. Otherwise, she was great!
