Great customer service

injured myself about a week before my trip was scheduled and my orthopedist determined that I couldn’t travel. I contacted arch red sky, they sent me the necessary documents for the dr to fill out, I emailed arch the docs and and I received my check in the mail yesterday. The process took about 4 weeks. I’m very happy.

Our claims rep Ashlyn was very responsive and followed up on all our questions. Super professional and prompt. And the decision on our claim was fair.

They made the process of filing claims very easy. I had to call a few times and each person I spoke to was genuinely kind and compassionate.

We had reservations for North Myrtle Beach beginning Sept 28,2025. This was the period when they were experiencing a tropical storm on land and expected Hurricane to hit. We canceled our trip 2 days prior to arrival due to the weather threats. This was a real threat and the governor called for a state of emergency on the costal area of South Carolina!

Red Sky Travel Insurance denied the claim for reimbursement. What a scam! I wonder if they had so many claims they decided to deny everyone because it wasn’t a mandatory evacuation! Don’t deal with this company!

The response from Arch Red Sky was quick and we received a full refund promptly. The only hassle was on our end - getting Urgent Care to complete a form (which they lost), but we went to our primary care Dr. who was also in on the treatment and everything went smoothly. Thank you Arch Red Sky!

We were really looking forward to our vacation rental. Due to health issues, we had to cancel our trip. Thankfully we had purchased the travel insurance. Red Sky's claim process on their website told you step by step what you needed to provide for the claim. Their customer service was excellent to work with. The claim was processed, and check was received. I definitely recommend Red Sky Insurance.

The realtor, Village Realty, never gave me the policy number. They gave me the e-mail for RedSky, but it was Allianz who did not have my policy. I called Village Realty and told me they filed a claim. With six days to file a claim, I called RedSky and filed the claim in lieu of what Village Realty stated. Then, after 10 days, RedSky asked for a death certificate when I should have been asked for (if required).

Red Sky Insurance's claims format was easy to understand and to complete. They were quick to come to a decision and to process our claim. I would recommend this company to all travelers.

I purchased trip insurance for a weekend trip to the beach before my partner started chemo for lung cancer. At the time I made the reservations (and purchased the insurance) he was feeling pretty good) After that he started having some symptoms that caused him a great deal of pain and discomfort which would have made a 5+ hour trip (each way) miserable. We unfortunately had to cancel the trip ($1,775 purchase). I turned in the claim (all supporting documents) and Red Sky denied the claim! They make it their job to look for any loop hole to get out of paying a claim. I'd encourage anyone to really think twice before purchasing insurance from this company, or partnering with them if you have any vacation rentals!

Excellent customer service. I have never dealt with such a friendly, helpful, and timely insurance company. Red Sky certainly took the sting out of having to miss my vacation.

I asked for an explanation of the refund and got no response. We were in the house for 40 hours. It two hours to unpack on Sunday AM and 3 hours to pack Sunday PM.

Very easy process and my payment was in my account the next day.

I'm so glad I purchased travel insurance through Arch Red Sky Insurance. Although being mandatorily evacuated because of a hurricane isn't fun, Arch Red Sky made claiming my reimbursement painless. Their customer service representative was so kind and helpful and I received my check very quickly.

It was very easy submitting my claim. It was processed fast and I received my check quickly. I have taken out insurance for many years when I travel to the gulf coast and this was the first time I have ever had to make a claim.

RedSky is always recommended for trips that carry risk. They are fast and accurate with claims as well. Highly recommend.
