Oswaldo and Joanna were very helpful and made this whole process so easy and smooth. They were very welcoming and brought me snacks and water while the documents were going through. Very friendly and a fast process :) i definitely recommend.

This company is a loan shark, I have repeatedly made attempts to resolve the issue. The original loan was for 9100.00 so why is it that the payoff is 8300.00 with a five year term. When I spoke to them, the gentleman refinanced the loan and still with the same result. So over the course of the loan, I would paid more that 30,000 for a 9100.00. If I had to make another choice, I definitely would not use them. Nevertheless, this will be my last year paying them.

THEY WILL SEND RANDOM CHECKS OUT OF NOWHERE THAT CAN BE DEPOSITED INSTANTLY WITH NOTHING MORE REQUIRED BUT TO SIGN AND DEPOSIT. HOWEVER, AFTER A PERFECT HISTORY, WITH A PAID OFF LOAN, I RECEIVED ONE OF THESE CHECKS FOR $3,000.00. THERE WAS A NUMBER WITH THE MAILING STATING IF THE CHECK EXPIRED BEFORE IT WAS USED, JUST TO CALL THE TEL.# PROVIDED. I CALLED THAT NUMBER AND SUDDENLY I NEED TO CONSENT TO A CREDIT CHECK. THE LAST TIME I DID THAT, AFTER RECEIVING AN OFFER AND BELIEVING IT TO BE VALID, DUE TO THE PREVIOUSLY SAID LOAN THAT WAS PAID OFF WITH A PERFECT HISTORY, I WAS VERY SURPRISED TO BE DENIED, EVEN WITH A CO-SIGNER. WTF! APPARENTLY THAT HISTORY DOESN'T MATTER. AFTER THE DENIAL, I UNSCRIBED TO EMAILS. I DO NOT NEED EXTRA AGGRAVATION FOR NO DA*N REASON AT ALL. TO END UP AGGRAVATED OVER SOMETHING I DIDN'T ASK FOR TO BEGIN WITH, IS BS. AFTER UNSCRIBING TO EMAILS, I STARTED GETTING REGULAR MAILINGS. I HAVE REQUESTED TO BE REMOVED FROM FROM THIS FLAKY, SKETCHY, SKY HIGH INTEREST RATE CO.'S MAILING LISTS. IT BETTER HAPPEN PRONTO OR THE FCC WILL SEE THIS.

The manager's name is Sabrina at your Bennettsville, SC Branch at 1224 Bennettsville Square. She took the time to talk to me today about my loan, and how she could calm my fears, and gave me great options. She did not have to do this. This is what i call above and beyond what a great manager would do for their customers. She should be considered for a promotion. I would go to her for my next loan for i know she would guide me with wisdom and confidence to make the right decisions.
