That first phone call after getting a loan was that great first impression. When I returned a call that I missed, I spoke with Roberta and we hit it off great. She was a joy to talk to. She told me things I needed to know and if I ever had any questions about anything, don't hesitate to call. She has a great sense of human and personality, I really enjoyed talking with her, not everyone is like that.
