Trustworthy, quick & affichent, changed my life, thankyou,

Too expensive. No option to pay in installments unless you have a good credit rating. Which is contradictory of needing a guarantor!

In the end I didn't end up using RentGuarantor because my letting agents wouldn't accept them, they required an individual for ID purposes. However, I must give five stars to the whole team at RentGuarantor. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. They always reply to emails within MINUTES and give very reassuring and detailed information on any queries you may have. There isn't a single person I can point out above the rest, they were all brilliant. If your letting agent is happy with RentGuarantor, and you can't get an individual, you can't go wrong with these guys. The application process is made a breeze with their guidance and it all goes through very quickly. Great company.

I have used this company twice now to stand as my Guarantor on my tenancy agreement. I cannot emphasise how useful this service has been and the process is very smooth with updates given on the portal as to what is required. I submitted the referencing application via Keysafe on an evening, and by the morning the referencing had been completed and I was informed by Rent Guarantor they could proceed with my application.
I applied on the same day, and I was approved just after 4pm which was super efficient. You do not need to add a property until later which is super handy and means you can actually make sure you have a guarantor in place. Once I added a property the agreement was sent to the landlord quickly for them and me to sign and then payment has to be made to finalise the agreement.

Overall, I would recommend this service to anybody looking for a guarantor. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of price. The quotes given are quite expensive, and It would be good for customers who have used their service before to get a reduced price quote.

As a busy Letting Agent we needed a solution for tenants who didn't have a guarantor to protect our landlords income. I was put in touch with Michael Hollamby at Rent Guarantor. From start to finish he has been a dream to work with. He was so attentive with the onboarding process. He sent me all the materials I needed to start helping our clients right away. Rent guarantor offers an easy alternative to renting with a guarantor and id highly recommend it. It opens you up to a whole new demographic of customers. Once our initial period was over I was passed to Leah Wilson our client manager who is on hand whenever I need her. Between the two their customer service is second to none and I look forward to working with them in the future to help more tenants find their dream home!

Hi Andrew Jones, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. We have looked at your case from 2022 and can see that we did work inline with our terms and conditions which you signed and agreed to. With regards to eviction, this is something that we can look into once a tenant is 61 day in rental arrears and is something that we will cover the costs for. In some cases for example such as your case we will not go down the eviction route if it is close to the end of the tenancy. In cases such as this we will start making payments on the tenant’s behalf with a final payment made at the end of the tenancy.

For any Landlord looking at Trustpilot reviews to determine whether to use your services, I must warn you that Rentguarantor will not provide any terms and conditions as to when they will EVICT tenants apart from ''AT THEIR DISCRETION''

I am sure Rentguarantor will come back with another rebuff perhaps any Landlords considering using them should ask to see the full EVICTION terms and conditions before committing and post Rentguarantors response on Trustpilot to expose them
