Jenny was very friendly and helpful, however it's a bit of a con to charge you £50 admin fee when you renew your policy.

I contacted Rentguard with a concern over a refund issue, Dylan was prompt in finding the source of the problem and resolving it efficiently, keeping me up to date with the progress throughout and answering all my questions with professionalism.

Jay, who dealt with my enquiry was very helpful and assisted me in everything necessary to complete my insurance purchase all on the same day.

Sorry to end the contract with rentguard but got a cheaper quote somewhere else on line . Latest agent on phone was very good but was unable to match the price .

The operatives dealing with my renewals saved me £125.00. Both operatives were friendly and efficient and could not have served me better,

i have just received my annual renewal letter for the building insurance for my BTL property. Went up from £400 last year to £750 this year, including £50 just for doing the renewal. Found the same cover at direct line for £250. Fair to say i wont be renewing with rentguard for any of my remaining BTL’s when renewals come up.

I rang in to renew my block insurance. The renewal price was ok, but I was told about a new system and that they would do a new quote for me. This came in much cheaper so I was thrilled. All done quickly and efficiently and politely. If I'm being very picky I'd rather the person on the phone spoke just a little slower so that it doesn't sound rushed and so I can hear every word, but that's only a tiny niggle. I am a satisfied customer of Rentguard.

We have been with Rentguard for over 20 years. We just renewed our policy and had no hesitation to do so.
Everyone was so polite and helpful whenever I had to get in touch. Just had an engineer in - Harold. He came at the time we were given. What was good is that he telephoned us to say he was on his way. Harold was very polite. He knew straight away what the problem was with the washing machine and he was able to sort it out without any trouble. You could tell straight away, just by talking to him, how competent he was.
