Very pleasant interaction with Umar at Arthur J Gallagher insurance. Umar was patient and extremely helpful providing information and quotes for a unique rental situation. The quote came back with a major underwriter and very reasonable considering the situation. Many thanks to Umar’s great service. Arthur J Gallagher is lucky to have him as an employee.

Premium actually a little lower this year, even with same provider as last year. Admin fee has increased approx 25%, but overall cost still several pounds cheaper.

Very pleased with the call back at designated time and Kendall went through the policy renewal with a different company and a vastly reduced premium to boot. Very pleased.

Christine helped to reduce the renewal costs that had increased for no reason.
Surely premiums should reduce when no claims are made🤔

Had to renew my landlord insurance policy this morning, spoke to a lady called Kendall. I'm really grateful that i was able to get it all sorted so easily and at a slightly reduced premium too.I don't usually bother leaving feedback but on this occasion it was worth me doing so.Wish there were more operator/people as helpful and knowledgeable as this lady .

Received a courtesy call to be reminded of renewal. Kendal was very clear with information and friendly. Quick with support, had confidence in what she was explaining and asking.
