Received a courtesy call to be reminded of renewal. Kendal was very clear with information and friendly. Quick with support, had confidence in what she was explaining and asking. Promised to call back to avoid me having to wait for update quotes. On answering the second call from Kendal she happily confirmed the renewal cost which out if the many years for any renewals this was the first to have a renewal cost reduced- not complaining but it was a good surprise, of which I agreed the renewal. Kendal remained polite and professional. The result together with Kendals help made the renewal all the more easier to update. A** for client service delivery.
