I spoke to Christine on the phone about my upcoming landlord's insurance renewal. She was very pleasant and helpful with the queries I had.

Riz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, went through what I needed and advised me accordingly, he came back to me three times to keep me updated nothing was too much trouble and got the right price for me.

The staff I spoke to were very helpful and polite. Due to their systems 'migrating' I have had problems sorting out my recent policy renewals; one case took nearly a fortnight to sort out, but we got their in the end.

Riz was very patient going through all the questions for the landlord insurance renewal quote. I knew it would be a long call having to answer many questions about all the properties but he was efficient and professional and made it not seem quite such a long process.

As a repeat customer I am always pleased with the customer service they provide however today was exceptional. Above and beyond what is expected. Reminded me of pending policy at the beginning of the week, called back on day and time convenient to me and even managed to get my renewal cost down. They’re informative without time consuming. Super efficient and customer focused.

Kendall was excellent, she was friendly, efficient and fast. The whole call was very well executed on her side, she explained all the classes and exclusions and explained i could still cancel after I received all the information if the policy didn't meet my requirements. Very impressive

I was renewing landlord insurance which always feels something I put off every year due to the endless questions and process.
This year felt easy a good renew quote followed by a call, which felt simple, I was taken through my quote in detail friendly voice who was really helpful we made some changes she explained some language in plain terms as opposed to complex terms and me worrying about if I had answered correctly or not.
