Very happy with the service provided by Christine at Discount Insurance. She was very polite, knowledgeable and found a cheaper premium than the one they originally sent me . Have recommended them to other landlords I know.

I had a email regarding my renewal, which I have taken. I spoke with Kendal who went through everything with me. I couldn't fault her as she knew what she was talking about and got me the nest quote which happened to be over a £100.00 cheaper than last year's I was paying. Highly recommend this company. Just had a renewal phonecall from Ben. Premium up a small bit from last year but that’s to be expected - who’s insurance ever goes down lol.

I've been using Discount Insurance for my landlord insurance on 2 of my properties for quite a few years. Until recently I had nothing bad to say about them however I now fell very let down by them. I received an email, they said they needed to talk to me about my renewal. They had essentially lost all of the information with a migration of systems and then proceeded to ask questions that would have been better on email so I could have found the answer. They were also trying to insure a different property! After a 45 min call, I've been turned down for insurance. I have no idea why, they didn't bother to tell me Id been rejected. I had to ask why I hadn't had a quote, I was then informed. I have asked for a reason and they haven't done me the curtsey of a response. I appreciate they are a broker and they don't make the decisions however they need to drastically improve their customer service.
