We had a problem with a training wheel on a brand new 16”bicycle that was bought for our grandson. Zak, the Retrospec customer service rep was very helpful. The problem couldn’t be resolved with adjustments, so he sent us a new set of training wheels.

This was an easy warranty process. Just showed them the problem, gave them the serial number and it was taken care of quickly.

Retrospec staff were very helpful, making sure that I received the correct part for my eBike. Thanks.

I contacted Retrospec for a missing part to a bike trailer that was gifted to us. They didn't have the part for sale on their website, but after speaking with customer service, they understood which part we were missing, and was able to sell it to us!! 10/10 recommend Retrospec!
