Absolutely amazing customer service from Chantelle, nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend, never using anyone else for cheap contracts and handset!

Disappointed!!
Took a 12 month contract with reward mobile and either the provider (3) or Reward mobile put me on a 24month contract.
I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with Reward mobile for almost 6 months now, and all they keep doing is just blaming each other and sending pointless emails to one another about who’s to blame .

I’m extremely fed up now because (3’s) signal is shockingly bad for me . And I need this sorting out asap because I want to change providers.

I have my contract to hand which states 12 months, i will be researching my own legal action.

I don’t normally write reviews unless I’ve received bad customer services from both parties.

From experience, Myself and my family will not be using Reward mobile anymore,
because of something so simple and they’ve caused me unnecessary stress.

Brilliant website with the best prices going! Would definitely recommend this! I am shocked with the low prices for the contract phones!

I was thrilled by the price offer they had for the Iphone 15 pro which was with same network I already had ee but having been with ee for 8 years with good customer records they failed to provide me with anything near what I got with rewards mobile. With EE directly for the I phone 13 pro I have been paying until now as we speak twice more then what I got with rewards mobile for 15pro and EE couldn’t be more considerable for customs Of 8 years and yet I chose this platform where they beaten the whole thing in their deals and price plans they had with the same network EE And yet EE could not offer me anything like rewards mobile did. So I recommend highly if you want to save your money and have the same device you dreamed about would be better in long run for your wallet.

I couldn’t believe me finding a new phone and fantastic contract at such an amazing price! No where can get near it. I was amazed when my phone handset actually turned up as arranged and all was good. Reward mobile even did the transfer of my existing number, cancelling my old contact and setting up the new direct debit without me lifting a finger. The online chat is to a ‘human’ and not an automated service. My questions were answered quickly and in a friendly manner.
I very highly recommend this company if you want quick, reliable and cheap service!

Great customer service, friendly, but also professional

Service was brilliant they didn’t have the colour of phone i wanted in stock but called every few days to keep me updated. After 3 weeks I had to just change the colour for the 1 i wanted as i needed a new phone asap. That was my only downfall as wanted white & had to change to black. Can’t fault the service.

I would give them 0 if I could. I ordered a pink iphone 15 through them with a contract with EE, it came to something like 34 pounds a month which is incredibly cheap. It was all quite quick to come but the phone I got was faulty not to mention the box it came in was damaged too. I put the sim in the phone and it didn't work, after 5 hours on call with EE & 10 hours spent in the EE store I decided to cancel my contract because EE nor Reward Mobile did anything to help or support me. I now have bought the phone outright from carphone warehouse and 3 weeks later waiting for Reward mobile to cancel my contract with EE so I cannot buy a sim until this has been done. Therefore, Ive gone 3 weeks with a phone and sim that doesn't work.

Good service. It was just 11 days after my order then I got my iPhone 15 Pro Max device and sim. Needed a little more improvement of message or update of order. But all is good. thank you rewards mobile.
