Waste of time, attempted to buy a new EE Sim Only contract but it kept rejecting bank / card details and wants me to fill out everything again from step 1, after filling everything perfectly! I've tested this with two separate banks and checked info thoroughly so there's something wrong with the website, or at least with the contract I'm attempting to order. That's an hour of my life I'll never get back.

Outstanding customer services. Dealt with queries promptly. iPhone 15 was delayed due to stock shortage kept me upto date with information regularly. They have the best phone deals and very reliable.

Very Pleased, Got a contract with EE for 100gb for less than £15 per month 😃 You can get similar deals for around this price but they have restricted speeds. Going through reward mobile is was completely unrestricted speeds. Sign up went smoothly and I transferred my number over to EE. You can’t get this price even going to EE directly !!

The delivery was so fast and my iPhone came in perfect condition.

I have been reassured by Reward Mobile that the line cancellation was being sorted after I cancelled the order within cooling off period and stil receiving a bill. That was two weeks ago. I get another bill reminder today from EE saying that the line is now suspended and will be passed onto debt collector if not paid. Obviously not sorted despite me never using their services and cancelling the purchase within the cooling off period. Spoke to customer service and the note on the account says-line manager involved. That was two weeks ago. Poor.

supposed to receive a phone nearly a month ago never sent phone didn't replay to any emails, waited on the phone for an hour when cancelling the contract - they said fine but still waiting for confirmation.

Regarding reply I tried that 4 times - Went with another company (town & country) who have got it sorted in 2 days

There is no chance I have put the review against the wrong company it was under my wife's name Victoria Branston but it could be an affilliate of yours under the banner reward mobile I have submitted extra info to trust pilot
