Do NOT trust this company! They will rip you off big time! We canceled our membership well within the required time but 2 months later, they're still taking money out of my account! I never even got the first product from them! Don't trust them!

I was charged twice
I was charged twice, two different amounts, for my medication refill. Neither charge matched the amount of medication I actually received. I have requested a refund of my money and have heard nothing back from the company. I’m now out about $800. Don’t use this company!

Quick and easy process
Roen was quick and easy to sign up for. Answering the questions and providing the information needed, they were quick to have my wt loss plan and was sent to my door quickly. Starting the process, they provided simple dosage instructions, administration instructions, and drug information. They truly have made this transition in my life a little easier.

I really like that they are available anytime I have reach out. They also check in with me periodically. The pharmacy and delivery service is awesome as well, I always receive my medication as scheduled. I would recommend Roenrx to anyone seeking assistance with getting their weight down. They really support you in achieving the goal you set for yourself, but also with any other medical concerns that will directly affect the medication that is tailored to you individually. The introductory $39 is for the discounted membership, which then renews at $135 per month (or $216 for a two-month prepaid membership) and includes ongoing access to your medical provider, care coordinator, and our app. Medication costs are billed separately and vary depending on the prescribed dosage, which is why higher-strength medications have higher prices. We also offer prior authorization to determine whether your insurance may cover a brand-name weight loss medication.

refused to send product or refund
I placed an order, and was told that I would receive the order by July 6th. It is July 22 and the order has not been sent. Roenrx at first blamed the pharmacy, then they blame FedEx. Now that I have requested a refund for a product that has not been shipped, they are refusing. My advice go through someone else, as Roenrx is a scam.

After texting with a customer service…
After texting with a customer service representative about what I will be charged, they overbuild me by almost $300. I have been fighting with them for a couple of days now about this. I was told in writing I will be charged $39. I’ve sent them screenshots of the text thread of them telling me that. There was nothing on the website that said I was gonna be charged that much. They also offer 30 day return policy which they are not honoring. Do not purchase from this company.

If i could give a zero rating i would. I clicked on a social media ad for a good price for Tirzepatide medication and a claim of NO subscription fees.
After answering automated interview question forms and entering my credit card it said i would be charged a one time $39 subscription fee, i clicked next to see if the price of the medication was legit and that was the price for semaglutide so it was the typical bait and switch and the Tirzepatide was really expensive so i exited and never checked out or completed the transaction but was charged the $39 one time DISCOUNTED subscription fee that later i found out they were charging $135 monthly SUBSCRIPTION fees and that is without any prescription or meds!!!!
I contacted their support and was repeatedly told via automated pre-typed responses that subscription fees do not get reversed once they are charged, as if they would refund med fees either 🤔
I rewrote my letter with clarity what happened and trying to find out what the charges actually were for before telling them where to stick it. 🤔 i got another email saying to cancel i would have to login to my account to stop future charges to cancel the subscription. Grrrr....
Thank god just today my Chase credit card was able to instantly reverse those fraudulent charges and cancel future charges from them unless i give them my cc number again.
I need to now monitor my card just to make sure, but ROEN RX is a huge effin scammer DO NOT do business or even click on their links.
Oh and to top it off the FDA is onto their malpractice and deceptive ways as well.
