I joined them last month & they took money out of my account, but I never received the product, now they are asking for this month's payment, how can these people scam us like this!?
They did finally reach out, said that money was for a membership & the shot was separate, that was not the deal on their web site, they are definitely Scammers!

They charged me twice for services I never received. And refused to refund my money. They are basically stealing and dont seem to care. I would NEVER recommend them.

Cancelation of my account and still could not get a refund although medication was never received. This company does not stand behind what their site says.

The "Membership" Trap
They lure you in with a promotional rate of $39 for the first month, making you believe this is an affordable, straightforward path to getting your medication. But read the fine print—or rather, try to find it, because their advertising is incredibly deceptive. After that first month, the price quietly skyrockets to $135 every single month. 
Here is the absolute worst part: that $135 gets you absolutely nothing. They intentionally make it seem like this recurring fee covers the cost of your actual medication, but it doesn't. It is strictly a "membership fee." You are paying $135 a month just for the privilege of using their platform, and you still have to pay completely out-of-pocket for the prescriptions on top of that. It is a complete scam. 
The Cancellation Nightmare
When you inevitably realize you are being ripped off and try to leave, the real headache begins. Their system is actively designed to keep billing you. When you go through the cancellation process, they will continue to charge your credit card. When you confront them about it, their excuse is incredibly shady: they will tell you that you did successfully cancel your original account, but that you somehow created a "second account" that you forgot to cancel, and that is the one being billed. It is a predatory tactic designed to hold your wallet hostage while blaming you for a phantom subscription.
Non-Existent Customer Care
Don't expect any help resolving these fraudulent charges, either. Customer care is impossible to deal with. It takes forever to get a response, and when you finally do, you cannot get anything done. No one takes accountability, they read from useless scripts, and they refuse to fix their deceptive billing practices.
The Verdict
Be very careful! Do not give Roen Rx your credit card information. What looks like a $39 medication solution is actually a recurring $135-a-month trap for a useless membership, backed by shady cancellation loopholes and abysmal customer service. Save your money and stay far away!

Scam. They ask for your credit card at the beginning of the intake, so when I decided I didn't want to proceed with what I was going to get, I assumed it would just not process anything when I exited out of browser. Lo and behold, I am being charged $135 a month for absolutely nothing. I haven't received any of their products and I never even fully completed the intake form. I reached out to them and have not heard back. Stay far away!

I cancelled my membership and They are still trying to charge 800.00 , like I thought when you cancel, they are not supposed to be trying to charge my card still

This a fraudulent practice as they requested my information before disclosing the cost of the product and after I open my account without consenting the membership I’ve been charged for a product that i never received.

Its fraud! Don’t buy anything with this company, the membership is equivalent to the product price in the local market.

I spoke to someone for information about how it works. I told them I wasn't ready to do anything at this time. They told me to call back when I am ready. The next thing I know they were taking money from my account every month. I tried to call them, finally got an answer by someone who did not speak English. I asked for a supervisor, after waiting a half hour on line, someone came on saying the supervisor was not available, but she would call me back by the end of the day, still waiting for the call back. It's been 4 days. I'm not done trying to get my money back !!

Do not use this company. I have never given Roen permission to charge anything on my credit card!! How they got my number I have no clue. I received an alert from my credit card company that this company was trying to charge 685.00 to my cc. I immediately declined it. But a 39.00 went through which is being disputed. Then I find out Roen submitted another charge for 685.00 and of all things Citi bank cc allowed the charge. So Citi has sent this to their fraud department. What a scam and headache. Stay away or you will regret. But then again I never signed up with them for product and was charged!!!

If I could give no stars I would these people are charging you 135 a month just so ever Knows that doesn’t include the medication please beware of this because I didn’t they have me for a total of 175 dollars and I’ve received nothing please beware careful

Beware their initial contact people who tell you : "I'm sure we can help you, but let's get that credit card info out of the way". After that, you are assessed an enrollment fee and a monthly membership fee even if you decide their product and price is not for you. If you manage to contact someone by phone, they will not do anything they say they are going to do. The only way out is to dispute the charge through your credit card company, or just get a new credit card number, with all the disruption that causes. This company is beyond terrible.

I believe this company is connected to AM RX as I neer signed up for Roen and they somehow obtained my FSA information and charged me the same fee after I disputed a fee from AM RX.

I subscribed to this site in hopes to have them go on my weight loss journey but instead it didn’t go that way. I tried to call the company numerous times and never spoke with anyone who could speak clear English. I asked to speak with someone else and hers was better but had to repeat frequently due to the language. I then was directed to go the chat group on their website and did. I explain that I need to cancel my proscription of services with the company. I followed the steps as given in the month of February 26 and then I was charged the monthly membership fee again in April 26. Not in the month of March. When speaking with the company again today, they stated that service were never canceled properly. I asked the question of why was the membership not withdrawn in March but was in April. NO ANSWER! Just stated that I did not follow the website correctly. How did I not follow website when I didn’t get charged for March but then I get chard for April. Never would I recommend this company to anyone

I cancelled my membership within minutes of finding out the real cost. I have contacted them and they refuse to refund my $39. It's not hundreds of dollars, but still something that I am paying for and not using. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!

They are dishonest and refuse to refund my money. They engage in deceptive advertising and force us to make purchases from them, otherwise we lose the money we paid for the evaluation even before it has been completed. I have proof

Horrible experience. I was researching their weight loss program. They advertise they took insurance. After I went thru the virtual interview and gave them my credit card information they informed me that they didn’t take insurance,..so I cancelled. Some weeks checking my credit card information saw the membership fee of 135.00 was charged I called spoke to a gentlemen who told me he could not refund my money or cancel the account by telephone,I would need to cancel thru their website I tried to cancel but their site kept telling me incorrect password even tho I changed the password several times .I sent I ate t and received a response on 3/13from Aizel Ann Royo replying that it had been escalated to tech support and I would hear from them well. Here it is 3/26 haven’t received any reply. I called on3/17 and was told someone from customer support would “get in touch” with me within 24/48 hr that time had also passed. So bottom line is I haven’t heard anything from anybody in this company regarding my refund of 135.00
So be very very careful with this company do not give any financial information until you have all the facts
