3 month treatment = Only 8 weeks? 5 syringes? Seriously??
Was told I received a "3 month treatment" package - Instructions on bottle states "Week 1-4" and "Week 5-8". To my knowledge there are roughly 4 weeks per month. In package I had also received 5 syringes....5? 8 weeks, 5 syringes... so what of my other 4 weeks? What of the other 7 syringes that would be need for a 3 month treatment? My 6 y/o is better at math that these guys apparently.

Scam!
The end of Jan 2026 I saw an ad for glp1 shot for $39 so i filled out my info. Turns out it was a membership fee, not the glp1. Then it says my meds would be $199. I can't afford that so i didnt order it. They charged me the $39 anyway. I asked for a refund and they said they don't refund the $39 fee. On June 26, 2026 they charged my credit card $599 for glp1 that I never received and didnt authorize. I tried contacting them and got a message saying no one was available to take my call. I left a message. I will file a dispute.

i saw an add it said glp1 shot for $39 so i filled out my info well the $39 is a stupid membership fee not even knowing if i was going to use this company then it says my meds would be $199 well i cant afford that so i asked for a refund well they don't refund that $39 no matter what doesn't matter that i cant afford the product which is bullshit. i would have rather throw $40 out my car window while doing 70 down the highway!

This company took money out of my account 2x and 1 of those times was after I expressed to them I wanted to cancel my so called membership. I live on a very strict income and every nickel of my money is assigned to a bill. The $135 they took out this time completely F'd me! And I never received any medication. Just want to jump on the bandwagon! I thought the medication was $89 a month. When I saw that it was $888 I did not purchase. I didn’t even hit purchase. I logged off thinking no product means no charge. Now I can’t get my $135 back for services not even rendered!

Roen Health (RX) charged $270.00 to my cc ($135.00 for 2 months) without my knowledge and refused to refund. They say it is a recurring membership charge I went on to sign up because they advertised $69 Glp1 per month and ehrn i got to checkout the total was well over $900. I never hit purchase, i backed out and i have received nothing from them. However, instead they were charging me for a service i never received and also never received the glp1 from them so ehat service were they providing. If an attorney is reading this I would love to start a class action law suit against this company whom also goes by several other names.

Huge Scam! I spent $300 one year ago and I’m still waiting. I’ve called multiple times to get a refund and they kept saying they can’t because it’s “on its way.”. I echo what so many others are saying about this company. Also, they have other names they use : AmRx and Zealthy. I tried to cancel after a couple of doses of GLP-1 they sent, had a very bad reaction that lasted for a couple of weeks. When I contacted them, Melissa B. was on the chat with me & seemed very understanding and agreed that I should cancel with them and work with my primary care provider moving forward. However, the company refused my returning the GLP-1. Now they have attempted to take money out of my bank account with different company names, saying I have interest fees added to nearly $1000 owed. I'm trying to work this out with bank. Their customer service is deceptive. This is a scam company. What a major headache to deal with! Stay away.

I am not happy with this company at all! I paid the $39 and then they wanted like $907. They wanted to take that out of my account once I paid the $39 membership so but then then I canceled the membership and then the next month they weren’t supposed to take anything else out of my account, but they took out $135.
