Darren Marsden was exceptionally…

Darren Marsden was exceptionally patient with my daughter answering all her many many questions. He made sure everything was exactly as she wanted and needed it to be. He explained all aspects of the wheelchair use fully. He is an incredible asset to your company.

Gary Thompson from Ross Care to the Rescue

Gary Thompson from Ross Care came out to mend my new powered wheelchair as a piece of the leg rest had broken and fallen off. He was polite, friendly and managed to mend my leg rest support extremely quickly in a very efficient manner. He also showed me how i could move the calf support out the way if I didn't require it, something I did not know i could do. He reassured me that new chairs can have little things go wrong just as a new car can but that he was sure the main systems would not break ie motor. Wheels fall off etc. It made me feel a little more confident that the creaks and squeaks were not to worry about and WD40 may help from time to time.
I throughly recommend him and Ross Care.

Excellent service

I called Ross Care on Wednesday to report a fault with my power wheelchair. They came out this morning (Monday) and took the chair away for repairs. I was fortunate and lucky enough for my chair to be repaired and brought back to me by the evening. Thanks to Gary for his excellent communication, care and support.

The engineer from Ross Care Cornwall

The engineer from Ross Care’s Cornwall Depot, Sean!Taylor was very helpful today. He arrived in record time and quickly assessed the problem I was experiencing with my chair. He carried out a temporary repair and said he would get the parts put on order today. He also explained what I should do if I had any problems over the weekend. He was very polite, friendly and courteous and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, which made me feel a lot safer.

Friendly and professional

Today we had a call out wheelchair battery replacement and some other bits repaired for a family member's wheelchair. Repairman was Gary Thompson, he did a great job and was professional - arrived on time, friendly and prepared. No problems at all

Great service from Ross Care

Nigel Wilson our engineer from Ross Care was very friendly, professional and helpful with the delivery and adjustments to my Husband's new wheelchair.
He demonstrated clearly how to use the controls/options and also advised on safety issues and common problems that may arise and how to resolve them. He answered all my questions and didn't rush us.
He was very knowledgeable and compassionate and ordered some other parts that he felt would be beneficial for my Husband's needs and make him more comfortable e.g. a longer arm on the head support and arm rests with extra padding.
Great service from Ross Care.
