Outstanding customer service! I received my case, which had a few scuffs around the edges (seemingly due to shipping); I contacted CS with pictures requesting a new case and they replied within minutes, saying that they would ship a new case immediately. I received my new case just a week later, and it is in perfect condition. Could not be more pleased with their attention to detail and desire to make it right. Well done!

The case is beautiful! Shiny, sturdy and great color (Rose gold). I LOVE IT! I just used it on my existing magnet in the car vent and it is super durable! I just wish it wasn't as expensive, but I will be purchasing other colors!

The truth is that you are taking a long time. and they don't answer quickly, they only send me emails where the order has already arrived, I already know that it has arrived, but it is not the corrector of my telephone number, what returns is there and you do not respond quickly

My issue was taken care of within a 5-10 minutes. Just used messaging, no waiting for emails. I dropped my phone amd the corner cracked. They are sending me a new case, I just pay shipping. And I'm keeping the old case. They were extremely helpful.
