Customer service is paramount and Rubix has excelled in this area. In particular, Lucy has been exceptional and is always on hand to answer my queries, set up new services and resolve any problems (which is rare). In fact, I had some difficulty with XLN regarding who was servicing one of my numbers and Lucy not only provided all the evidence, but actively intervened to resolve it.

I was told when signing up from my old company, I used for my telecommunications XLN that I would be getting full fibre broadband,
but it was not until an engineer had to come out from BT openreach because the service kept dropping, and I kept losing service I was told I did not have full fibre when I phoned to question this I was told I had it from the cabinet I have since found out I only have SOGEA but was paying £70.85 for a service that should only really cost roundabout £40-£50 but the fact is I did not even want this service. I was told I was getting full fibre. As my old company XLN was cheaper I have made a formal complaint and for some reason the director cannot see, I must’ve been lied to as why would I have changed my company telecommunications to pay more money a lot more money,
I will now let trading standards and ofcom investigate, and hopefully get out of a five year contract, I was not even told about I had been signing into, I only ever sign into one year contracts and at the most two years the signature on the contract looks nothing like my signature I would stay well clear of this company I now have full fibre from an amazing company that is cheaper than what I was paying for SOGEA I would ask anyone that has had the same experience from RUBIX VT LTD to do a review about their experience, and also take it to trading standards and Ofcom

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE DECIDING TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TELEPHONE LINES.
Let me start by saying this is a review is an honest review & I welcome anyone who would like to ask me anything to do so as the level of customer service I have received is one of the worst I have ever had. We were sold to Rubix VT from our old telephone company that we were with for 8 years, since selling to Rubix we were paying £5 a month for Router support which we never had the need to use however in August 2022 we had an issue with one of our VOIP lines and called the help line to ask for an engineer visit as a week into the issue we still didn’t have a line that we were paying for. We were advised to make sure our SIP ALG was turned off. My question that I never had answered was why and who turned it off and why did we not have this issue before and unless you are in the business how anyone would know how to do this so asked for an engineer visit or someone to do this remotely as we had never had this issue before and assuming we had the router support and paying monthly for it, it would be dealt with. Cut a very long story short NO VISIT was ever arranged then around the 4th September the line started working again. I decided at that point that I wanted to hand notice to them to be told there is a 3 month notice and that they charge £35 per line cancelation fee which three other providers I called to quote said is definitely not standard practise and in fact unorthodox within the industry. If you are considering appointing Rubix push for these silly charges to be waived. When the contract came to an end I received threatening emails from them demanding that if the Router is not returned to them within 10 Days then they would charge me £400. Annoyingly I signed these terms as you do when you are told to do so when a company sells out to another. They are a terrible firm to deal with who need to train their staff how to deal with paying customers. Rubix I am available for any clarification you may have.

We are delighted with the service we receive from Rubix and in particular from Sales Executive Sean Hurley. Sean oversaw the telecoms side of our office move last summer and is doing the same for a further move this Autumn. Sean has been with us every step of the way to advise and support us. He offers good service and technical knowhow without being condescending which is a great benefit to those less tech-savvy customers such as myself.

Fantastic customer service from RUBIX VT, particularly from Will Farthing who has helped us tremendously in securing great rates for our electricity contract. He has been clear, polite and professional in all he has done and saved me a lot of time finding the best quote.
