Excellent and personal customer service
We had the misfortune to have to renew our electricity contract at the very worst time, with electricity prices having gone sky high. Felix was extremely helpful in getting us a reasonable (in the circumstances!) fixed rate for a year.
But Felix's real value came into its own when the new electricity supplier made an appaling mistake and somehow managed to link our account to the wrong property and company name.
Felix knows the business very well and was extremely diligent and responsive. I thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic Customer service from start…
Fantastic Customer service from start to finish and always on hand to solve an issues I may have and always on hand to answer any questions I may have. I love how Rubix VT operate and always look to have the customers best interest in there thoughts. I have saved on my utilities for my business and would highly recommend others to use Rubix VT

A new cloud phone system
Our company needed to replace traditional ISDN phone lines prior to the switch off. With all the options on the market, it was very confusing for us. Nick at Rubix VT got to know our business and explained all our options in a clear and understanding manner. The cloud solution we chose will cater to all our unique needs and will scale with the business as we grow. The whole process was painless and fast. We even managed to lower our monthly bills. I would highly recommend Rubix VT.
