Absolutely terrible service and even…
Absolutely terrible service and even worse to do business with. One of three t shirts that I ordered did not arrive and rue Porter refused to reimburse me on the one I didn’t receive. Anyone who’s thinking about dealing with them should use velour garments instead as they’re service is far superior and you receive all of your items.
No way to return items and horrible service
The website says you can exchange colors. However, this was not possible, because supposedly a location was closed. Therefore, I wanted to return the item, but they ignore my messages and do not offer any options to return the items or refund the money.
I have not received an order
I have not received an order. I've been waiting for 6 weeks. Customer service is dramatic.
DO NOT USE
Awful company, customer service takes forever to reply. Cancelled an order because it was taking months to come and the refund just keeps getting pushed back by 3 days every 3 days. Don’t use this company stick with Stanley & Stella or Gildan.
Never ever order at RuePorter !
I have ordered two hoodies in November and I received them 5 weeks later. The quality wasn´t anywhere near what was promissed. Then I returned the hoodies which took me also 5 weeks. After all I only got about 75 % of the money back. Rueporter claims 25% as a commission fee. The customes support is a joke.
Lies and more lies from their customer service
I ordered one hoodie from rue porter on the 29/11 and as It was an international order (I’m in NZ) I expected it to arrive around late December possibly even mid Jan. however I at least expected it to be shipped before the end of December and the delays would only be due to shipping during covid.
26/12 comes around and all I have received is a confirmation email, no tracking no nothing. So I email them and they reply on the 5/1 saying that they are out of stock and expecting more in 2 weeks.
Now my order wasn’t a pre order, I ordered expecting them to have items in stock as stated on their website, however I wasn’t too worried about waiting another 2 weeks as it was just the start of Jan.
28/1 comes and still no more emails. I reach out to them again. They tell me the exact same thing. 2 more weeks till stock comes in, keep in mind this is 3-4 weeks since they last told me that.
Now it’s 21/2 almost a month later I still haven’t received an update on my order. So I email them again.
Haven’t heard back yet but I guarantee you they’ll say something along the lines of, ‘2 weeks till stock comes in’
at this point if it’s a scam I wish they’d just say so, so I can refund the statement and stop emailing them.
Unreliable and Horrible Service
I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/30. I received a confirmation email saying it would take 10-15 days to process. Christmas can and went, and still no sweatshirt. On 1/18, I sent an email to their customer service department. No response. On 1/25 I sent another email. They still dis not respond. This morning, I contacted my credit card about reversing the charges. This afternoon, I finally received an email from Rue Porter customer service saying the item is out of stock and should be back in stock in 2 weeks and then it will ship out at that time. What?! That is unacceptable. It seems very wrong to charge your customers months in advance for a product that you don’t even have in stock. I would never order from them again.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU ORDER FROM RUE PORTER! Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They sent the wrong order twice. I’ve been requesting a return/refund since December 28th and I haven’t heard a thing. I now have $3,000 on my credit card that I have to dispute because of their terrible customer service.

Rue Porter has the worst costumer service ever.
I ordered for two times in a row and they mistaken my order twice: did not sent in the items I paid for total of 4 missing items never received or refounded.
They dont have contact, besides email wich they never respond to.

Break Own Policy and Don't Refund
My boss ordered 20 pieces at the end of June. It took over 15 business days to get the items when their shipping policy stated it would take max 6 business days. By the time the package arrived, we had no use for the pieces. I wanted to return the items and either get a refund on the shipping I paid for or have the (ridiculous) 25% restocking fee waived. Faviola (I feel bad for this person) said she didn't have the authorization to do either. What a poor way to run a business. At least give me a refund on shipping, which is a lot less than waive the restocking fee, or waive the restocking fee but by doing neither I have ZERO INTEREST in ever purchasing here again, regardless of the quality.
