Great experience.

This is my third time to purchase in runner's sports and the last was online, but unfortunately, it was refunded due to some stock error. I have received a gift card which I can use again to purchase online or in store. I called the customer care for assistance, and I was assisted immediately. I was very satisfied with the support given. The staff in the store and the customer service were well communicated.

4. Wanted to exchange for a bigger size. Ms. Mani was so helpful with clear directions and options; Door delivery or visit the showroom. I chose the latter Enrico at the showroom was already expecting me. Exchange done in few minutes.

Misleading Customer's

Order booked online, no feedback and after followup get to know there is no stock hence will need ro process refund or order another product based o a voucher refund.

Then with a broken heart and doubt a customer gets into the process of getting a refund and waits for the money to hit back into the account.

Best part after this also the product continues to remain online for days and appears in the search..

Clear example of a conpany misleading the customer and making them loose on other deals available in the market.

To top it complete waste of time, effort energy, loss of faith in brand and doubt on online purchase process..

Your order was placed on September 26, and due to weekend processing, order status checks are done on the next working day, in queue order. Unfortunately, a system discrepancy revealed that your size was out of stock, and this update was delayed. We understand how disappointing it is to miss an item you were genuinely looking forward to, and we regret that you had to follow up several times to get clarity.

Once confirmed, your refund was processed on September 29, and a confirmation email was sent the same day. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your provider.
This was a rare case of limited stock combined with a system error that led to an unexpected sold-out situation.

We’re reviewing this internally to prevent similar delays and improve communication going forward.

I recently returned a pair of shoes…Feedback Regarding Refund & Return Policy Transparency

I recently returned a pair of shoes from my order (204 AED). I appreciate that your return process through WhatsApp is convenient and straightforward. However, I noticed a deduction of 30 AED from my refund, which seems high compared to typical return shipping charges in the UAE.

If this is a standard return shipping fee, it would be helpful to mention it more clearly in your return policy or at checkout so customers know in advance.
