SCAAAAM!! THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER! I also looked into the reviews too late. I wanted to get a beautiful bouquet for my mother in law's funeral, what arrived were grocery store flowers in a cheap dollar tree vase at most. When you call their customer service, the people on the phone can't even speak proper English, they ping pong you around between mails and calls and there is NEVER an answer, I demanded a refund and the manager was in a "meeting",how convenient. So, I ended up calling my credit card, flagging them as a scam,thankfully the charge was still pending so they could cancel it and send me a new one, because since they had my info they could do God knows what with it. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

-10 is my true rating. They delivered flowers long after the time stated in the order. The business had closed by the time of delivery. The flowers were left on the front steps overnight during a thunder storm. 8/12 flowers were there. The name was misspelled and the message was poorly typed without correct spacing. They did little to make it right: only refunded $15. Horrible experience and horrible customer service!

Don't order from here, it is a fraudulent company. They did not deliver (ever), they did not provide any customer service by phone or email, with them saying that the delivery truck broke down and couldn't deliver. Of course, I paid a service charge for delivery on a specific day, and asked them to cancel the order - they ignored my request and kept saying that they will be delivering some other day. I am now doing a charge-back from my credit card.

NO stars Terrible delivery service 2 days late did not respect delivery time I requested. They dropped off at a neighbors house. The arrangement looked nothing like the online pictures
This company does not care the flowers look like they were thrown together. Run never use this place I spent 88 dollars on garbage i wish I would have read reviews. I'm going back to chalet florists

Why don't they let us leave a zero stars review? I was appalled that they took my order and ensured delivery to a funeral - a $400 order! - then did not deliver it. I received an email later the following day saying so sorry. If you were unable to meet the commitment, that should have been made clear at the time of the order, not hours after the funeral ended. I’m disgusted by your service. What a disgrace.

Do not buy from them! They take your money and go to price chopper and give you cheap flowers.

This company appears to be fake. The florist doesn't have flowers available. Very rude, confrontational, and unable to process English fluently.

I regret that I did not check the reviews for Ruth's Roses prior to placing an order. The bereavement arrangement that was delivered was not what I ordered and paid for. I purposely paid the price for the arrangement that was labeled "as shown", and I expected that to be delivered. It was not! It did not include the flowers shown - instead it included much downgraded flowers and much less in abundance. I reached out and reported the issue and requested they make it right by delivering what I ordered or full refund. Several days later, Jazi responded referring me to their "policy" on the website and indicating that they would not make it right.

Ordered the exact same arrangement to be delivered to the same address, on the same day. One was delivered, while the other was not. Despite their policy posted online, no delivery confirmation and zero communication regarding missed delivery. Almost 20 minutes wasted with order support who was zero help and could barely speak English. This business is trash.

I would leave a zero star review if I could. I ordered from Ruth’s roses because they advertised same-day delivery in Portland Maine. I ordered before 9 AM on a Saturday to deliver an arrangement that was pictured on their website. The order needed to arrive that day in time for a friend who is hosting a party at her home that evening. I did not receive any confirmation that the order had been delivered so I called at approximately 4 PM. The individual who answered the phone was less than remorseful when she shared that the order would not be fulfilled because “they did not have flowers.” She did not offer her any suitable alternative - the best option was a delivery two days later. My card was refunded apparently and I am awaiting the funds. Again I would give zero stars if I could as this was completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t have at least expected communication early in the day when I placed the order which would have been enough time to seek an alternative. Do not do business here.

My d-i-l's mother recently away in Arizona and I ordered the Comfort plant peace lily to be delivered to her home since there will be no service. I paid more for the deluxe plant and when she sent me a picture of what was delivered, I was horrified! It looked nothing like the plant on their web site. I called to voice my concerns and was told to send a picture of the delivered plant which I did, but still no response. After another call, they said they would get back to me next week. This is unacceptable to say the least! They scammed me by showing beautiful plants on their site taken from other floral apps in the Scottsdale area. I could have gotten a beautiful peace lily from Home Depot, but I live in California. I wish there was a negative star rating for this review.

Under no circumstances should you order from this florist! Worst arrangement I ever ordered, I was embarrassed to have sent it. Ordered $100 plant arrangement from a picture on their site that they assured me they had. They substituted every plant. I could have gone to Walmart. They obviously are not a skilled florist.

Spent over $100, received a disgusting dead floral arrangement that looked nothing nor did it resemble the photo in any way.

Horrible expensive and the flowers delivered were not fresh nearly dead. No help from the company to redeliver. Shame on me for thinking they were local florist and not reading their reviews prior. Stay away from this on line florist claiming to be local and others like them.

Don’t waste your time, takes order ok with scheduled delivery timeline, provide card information, 2 hours later e-mail unable to fulfill the order, no other offering for another birthday arrangement. Will receive your refund in a few days. Take your business elsewhere.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE-- I ordered flowers for a funeral over a week in advance and called prior to ensure everything was good to go- "they said yes"- then without a window of time for me to replace the order with another florist they sent me a cancellation notice "The do not have flowers".... Zero chance to replace with something else and now I am STILL waiting for my refund ($200)- this place is a SCAM in my opinion!!!

for Christmas I ordered for a best friend in Texas, a beautiful, when I saw it online, arrangement. The flowers were suppose to arrive in a gold gift box with a red ribbon.
They were delivered in a very common vase and the arrangement was very small.
I will never order from this company again

Place early morning online floral to be same day deliver to local hospital in Venice, FL
I checked on delivery at 4:45 and was told, by answering service located aboard, my order canceled cause floral wasn't available. I told them why was i not informed hours ago to make other arrangements. I was told we will send you email now....WHAT IN THE WORLD. I told them I better see my refund immediately in my Amex acct or I will dispute the charge. I called local florist VENETIAN FLOWERS. Great communication with them just notified delivery is next and will arrive between 1-2pm.

I don't normally go out of my way to make reviews because it's taking up time and effort. However I'm so disappointed with my order I made for valentines day and I must share my experience. I rely on reviews alot and this is why I find my experience important here. I called Ruths Roses in Sunnyvale CA and very clearly explained what I wanted and specifically mentioned what color roses and surrounding flowers and greenery that I desired and opted for premium bouquet which is more but more of a wow dynamic or so I thought. I even specifically told girl what type of vase I wanted comparison to the photo within their catalog. We confirmed 3x about what i wanted and I paid overly fair cost. I received a photo of what was actually delivered and it was nowhere close to what we agreed on. I then reached out to shop to explain this discrepancy and my dissatisfaction and was assured that mgmt would call me to resolve in which never occurred. I emailed 2x to remind them I'm still waiting but I was ignored and ghosted which is why I'm finally doing this review. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone who is concerned with reliable quality service and especially if you have certain requests or visionary expectations. This was a learning experience and I'll be sure to handle it differently with other shops in the future. I would rate this shop zero stars.

so, I googled for a local florist in St. Petersburg, FL... and this company advertise as a local business. completely fraudulent. I order flowers today, said they would be delivered by 7pm est. still no flowers, called twice spoke to two different people- same reaction as others have mentioned... they still want to deliver this late at night (pass 10pm). I told him nobody better show up to deliver anything and I want a refund. of course, the bad reviews do not show up until you search for them...this business needs to be shut down immediately.
