If I could rate them zero stars I…

If I could rate them zero stars I would. They stated they delivered some flowers to my sister who was in the hospital and stated they left them at the nurses station. The hospital said no flowers were left with them. Also said they would get a pic from the driver showing where they were dropped off and the pic they sent to me is NOT a nurses station. It looks like they are top of a green bucket that is dirty. There are boxes all over the place stacked together. This company is out right lying about delivering any flowers to my sister. Straight out lying. Took them 2 days to get a pic from the so called driver. Should not have taken that long. This company is awful, and they out right lie to their customers. Do not order from these dishonest people.

I am so very disappointed

I am so very disappointed. I was looking forward to my granddaughter carrying a bouquet after her graduation from college. You could have called and I would have gotten another bouquet....but you sent me an email & didn't see email until the next morning. Very very POOR customer service. Now, have to wait 4-5 business days before I get a refund. Where is your heart in this??? Selling flowers is a shop that cares, showing interest in their customer satisfaction. You guys do not care, in giving your customers good quality service. You're called Trust pilot ...Lol that's a laugh. Don't even stand by your name...WOW!

I strongly suggest not using Ruth’s Roses. I tried to place two separate orders—one online and one over the phone—and both experiences were a total failure.
After placing my first order online, I received an email hours later stating the flowers were "out of stock." Thinking it might just be a website glitch, I called them directly to place a second order. I spoke to a representative who specifically told me that the items were definitely in stock and ready to go. However, shortly after hanging up, I received yet another email saying they were out of stock again.
It is incredibly frustrating to be told one thing over the phone only to have it retracted by email minutes later. This service is unreliable and their communication is completely misleading. Save yourself the headache and go with a local florist who actually knows their inventory.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

I wanted to send a plant from a local business in happy valley for a funeral. It was not what I ordered and is embarrassing. It was half the size in a freaking basket. Who sends a plant for sympathy in a basket. It was supposed to be in a ceramic planter. Woman was rude and acted like I was in the wrong!

No flowers-no refund.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery at 9am Feb. 2nd confirmed by email from Ruthsroses. At 3:30pm received email saying unable to deliver. I canceled the order and was to receive refund. It's April 28 and still no refund. I have emailed several times. Each time I am promised a refund but still no refund. They are not a reliable business. They defrauds customers.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I joined the ranks of 94% dissatisfied customers. I too ordered flowers for a funeral for this past Saturday 4/25. I called after placing the order to ensure that they were aware the service was at 10:00 am so my flowers would arrive on time, and I was assured they would be. Then, after the fact, I got an email saying they couldn't fulfill my order due to supply issues, but like others, they did not call me (they had my number), email me or even substitute an arrangement of an equal value! Who does this?!

NO to Ruth's Roses of Faribault!

NO to Ruth's Roses of Faribault...we ordered an arrangement for our niece's funeral and the shop cancelled it because of a "supply issue"...the problem is that they didn't notify us of the cancellation until after the delivery time and didn't contact us by phone or email in time to give us a chance to choose something else or to order from someone else...They did issue a refund but it doesn't really matter at this point 😠😞

Don't use this business

Don't use this business. They purport to be a local flower shop but don't have a physical address-- just a phone number and email address. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery on a Wednesday. I called shortly after to confirm my order, they said the flowers would be delivered that day. At the close of business, I received a text that they were out of stock of my flowers and asked if the following day would be acceptable because they were receiving fresh flowers. This seemed reasonable-- I said yes. I called and texted three times on Thursday and they claimed twice the order was "out for delivery." It's Friday and I still haven't received confirmation that my order was delivered.

Warning: Deceptive "Free Delivery" and Poor Quality

I recently ordered an arrangement from Ruth’s Roses and was very disappointed. While they advertise "Free Delivery," they tack on a hidden $18.99 "service fee" at checkout, which is essentially a delivery charge by another name. 
The flowers I received did not match the quality or appearance of what was advertised on the website. After reaching out to customer service, a representative named Jude offered a partial refund of $41.59. However, they refused to refund the full amount, claiming they needed to "consider the price of goods and delivery"—even though the delivery was supposed to be free and the "goods" were the reason for the complaint in the first place.
It’s frustrating to pay a premium service fee for a sub-par product and then be expected to eat the cost of their error. I should have read the reviews first, as it seems many others have had similar issues with their "hidden" fees and misleading photos. I would recommend looking for a truly local florist instead.

I tried twice and both times no show

I needed to send flowers to a friend who was recovering from a Fall and Pneumonia at a care facility near Ruth’s Roses in Lauderhill . I looked up a florist near the care facility. I spoke to Ana and I ordered a nice floral arrangement and a large box of chocolates. I was assured it would be delivered the next morning. It was $128 It was not delivered . I called and they apologized and said they would make an extra nice floral arrangement to compensate. I asked for delivery the next morning ( Friday ). Because she was going home Monday. Again it was not delivered. Very disappointing. Do not use these people.

I don't believe this is a legitimate…

I don't believe this is a legitimate company. Our flowers were not delivered, and they lied about sending us an email to inform us. They also lied about being a family owned, local florist. According to someone I spoke with on the phone they are located in Florida. I don't know how credible that information is because we have not been able to get the same person on the phone twice. Please do not order from this company. They are using deceptive practices.

Ordered flowers/plant that was not…

Ordered flowers/plant that was not delivered on time and upon arrival, looked like a 20 dollar arrangement that you could buy at Home Depot. I wasted 125 dollars on junk. I did not read the reviews before I bought from this company, PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I did.

Choose another Seattle area florist!!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this florist! I'll never use them again. I paid extra for a deluxe arrangement & my daughter received the standard version. I called to tell them about it and they hung up on me 3 times. They refused to give me the $10 credit I was due. Save your time and $$ - use another florist!!

No flowers for my uncle's funeral

I ordered flowers for my uncle’s funeral. They were ‘delivered’ the night before, left in a snowbank in front of the church. They never made it inside the church for the service. Frankly i am surprised they were even delivered. I am fighting with this company to get my money back. I usually check reviews but neglected to do so this time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Poor Quality Flowers, order not what was described, Flowers last 4 days!

The flowers showed up at 9 pm on April 3, they were supposed to arrive in the early afternoon. The flowers were not consistent with a premium bouquet. There were supposed to be 12 Gerber daisies and there were 9. This was their Premium bouquet and looked like the minimal bouquet.

When we returned from vacation on April 13, I asked my daughter how the flowers were and she sent a pic. The flowers died within 4 days of arrival and all that was left were greens.

I shared the pics with Ruths Roses. They said it was to long of a period before they were reported. They never expressed any concern over this disaster.

Never order from this flower shop!

Price: $59.99w/TAX $83.18 ^^^.As you can also see, the ONE THAT I thought I ordered the
JAR is SQUARE. With branches entwined. What Happened????? And instead of Red Roses I asked for Yellow Roses.
WHO ever worked on this Arrangement, looks like, They just stuck in leftover pieces, of whatever they found.
VERY DISAPPOINTED,,,,
Naomi, well your $25.00 dollars is not acceptable.
If whoever took my order over the phone, and knew that the flowers that i ordered
were not available THAN, he should of suggested that exact arrangement may
not be available, very disappointed in your service.
Will never order from this florist AGAIN.. DISSATISFIED COUSTOMER
