My only issues is the solicitor they advise to use was terrible.

We are in the process of selling my mother in laws house who is in a nursing home. We live 80 miles away and was not looking forward to the experience. However, Ellie at the Heywood branch has kept us informed all the way. The house is SSTC within 2 weeks, above the asking price. I'm very impressed.

We recently completed our sale, and while the journey was far from straightforward, I want to recognise Catherine Salisbury at the Heywood branch for her efforts throughout the process.

The transaction took a long time to complete, and the chain was quite complex with several challenges along the way. There were moments when the situation became frustrating and, at times, quite stressful. There were even points where we seriously considered pulling out altogether. However, I appreciate that many of these issues were outside of Catherine’s control, and my frustrations were never a reflection of her personally.

Despite the difficulties, Catherine remained professional, patient, and supportive throughout. She consistently kept me informed of any updates and was always reassuring during uncertain periods. Her communication and persistence helped provide some much-needed clarity and confidence that the sale would eventually complete.

Overall, while the process itself was challenging, I’m grateful for Catherine’s dedication and efforts in seeing it through to the end.

After recently selling my property with Ryder & Dutton, I wanted to highlight the fantastic experience and excellent customer service I received.

Although it took longer than initially expected to find a buyer Tom, my negotiator, was extremely proactive and kept me informed of any viewings or offers never making me feel like my property sale wasn't a priority.

Catherine’s support as Move Manager after a buyer was found, liaising with all solicitors and other parties involved in the chain made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable.

Overall I cannot fault my experience with Ryder & Dutton Heywood and I would highly reccomend them to others looking to buy or sell a property.
