Not received order in time for Eid
My wife ordered over a month ago. Eid is in a few days and they’re still saying it’s not been dispatched. Complete waste of time after they kept telling her to wait wait wait. Shit service, avoid.
UPDATE: The company has flagged my review as containing illegal content, nice try. This shows how dodgy they are and what awful service they give. Please avoid these scammers

We’re currently unable to locate your order using this name, but we’d really like to look into this for you and resolve it as quickly as possible. Could you please email us your order number and shipping postcode so we can investigate?
For stitched items, production can take a few weeks before dispatch, and estimated delivery times are provided in each product description. That said, we completely understand how important timing is in this case.
We’ve also recently experienced some unexpected delays due to flight cancellations, which have unfortunately impacted overall delivery times. Please be assured that we’re doing everything we can to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible ahead of Eid.
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’d be happy to offer options such as a refund or exchanging for an item with next-day delivery so it can reach you in time.

A pleasant experience... I will be going back
The interior of the shop is open and inviting. The shop is not that big but you can't tell as it is very bright. I was served by Sadaf who made me feel very welcome and comfortable as a first timer. I was shown outfits on the rack as well as online and then I was able to try on the different outfits.
I would highly recommend going to Safafs Collection.

Delivered ahead of time
Delivered ahead of time, as I desperately needed it for an event. Hand delivered which was amazing!! Swift customer service and very helpful. The outfit is beautiful and nicely packaged.

I had a relatively good experience
I had a relatively good experience. However the delivery took longer than expected- when I contacted them about this, I received a swift response. I don’t think they clearly communicated that ready to wear orders need to be stitched first which delays the delivery.
Furthermore, I think the business could put more thought in the packaging. My order arrived in a package bag which doesn’t protect it from damage. The order should be in a box to protect the garment. I have ordered items that costed less but still arrived in a box and properly packaged. This would also elevate the customer experience.

From start to finish it was a really easy process purchasing my dress. Ordered an outfit for a wedding and it’s come today and it’s a beautiful suit and stitching is brilliant to. Price was very fair compared to how expensive wedding outfits are nowadays and customer service was on point. Would highly recommend!

Do not recommend
Order a number of outfits and paid for them to be tailored to individual sizes. Order was received weeks later than initially promised by seller and no adjustments were made to the clothes. We had asked her to check after receiving from her tailor and confirm measurements before posting out to us but she said she couldn't open them because the dresses had kankan (there was no kankan on the dresses) so we only realised after they had all been delivered. Unfortunate dishonest experience and wouldn't recommend if you need anything tailored to size.
The reason given for the delay in delivery was that another order from the UK had been placed and they decided to wait until that was fulfilled to then cargo them all together. We had made it very clear that we were short on time so found this delay to be inexcusable.
