The customer service was excellent. The first dress I ordered didn't arrive and I exchanged it twice. Each time, I was given lots of options to choose from. The dresses are all gorgeous and I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. I left with a gorgeous purple kameez. 10/10 recommend.

Outfit is always lovely from this website, just the shipping is horrendous. I ordered this back in march. I’ve just now got my order parcel in June. I emailed them and they told me the issue but they could have emailed the customer asap about their order beforehand.

I was shopping for dresses for my little sister’s wedding and had the absolute pleasure of working with Sadaf. She was incredibly helpful and patient — she stayed with us for hours, showing us inspiration pictures and helping us find the perfect styles. Despite us being pretty last-minute with our planning, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was ordered and arrived weeks before the wedding. The designs were beautiful, and the quality was genuinely impressive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth, supportive shopping experience and stunning outfits!

Great choice for Pakistani cloths. Must pay a visit for upcoming weddings and with Eid coming up. There was something for every woman in my house hold. 6 of us went and bought our Eid cloths. Thank you for your great service.

After a slow reply to messages, took a week!! the communication was swift and clear.

Order eventually arrived after payment was taken 8 days previously.

Unfortunately had to return the outfit as it was not as described.

Colour was completely off as was sizing. Sleeves far too long and whole outfit was dated as if from 80s/90s. Very disappointing as a first time customer, at the price for the outfit, despite a discount given.

Email received promptly stating refund is being processed. Waiting now for it to be credited back.

Satisfied with purchase and service

The outfit was nothing like the picture, first time customer and very disappointed.

My order took 7 weeks to arrive even though the website stated it would take 2-3 weeks. There was no communication from the team and I had to chase the order until the day it arrived.

Awful service awful quality

I recently ordered from Sadafscollection and although they didn’t have the specific dress I initially wanted, I was really impressed with how they handled the situation. They offered me a beautiful alternative and sent it to me on priority delivery, which was much appreciated. The quality of the dress is fantastic. it exceeded my expectations! Also, their customer service was top notch, super helpful & attentive throughout the process. I’m definitely a happy customer and will be shopping here again!

There might of been a long delay in receiving my pre- stitched suit but the promises Sadaf & her team made in getting it delivered as soon as they can was kept and it was for a gift which the receiver did absolutely love so thank you , you certainly did deliver your best customer service .☺️
