Horrendous experience. I made an order in August 2024 and have still not received the item. I was initially advised the item had arrived in store and would be dispatched but still have not received the requested order. The store is now showing as closed online with no correspondence received from the customer service team advising of any update and any queries on refunds and complaints have been left unanswered.

Great service at excellent prices. Will definitely visit again.

I ordered from this website last week and I received my order this week which was very impressive seeing as it was a pre order item. I was informed by the team that the suit I ordered was from a batch that was already nearing the end of the stitching process and would soon be ready to dispatch. I was updated whenever I requested one and am very impressed with the service I've received. I did order once before from this website and it took longer than I had expected as that was also a pre order item but I decided to give them another chance as the quality was very good the first time.

I have already recommended this store to my family and friends. If you are looking for original brand clothing then shop from this place. Their quality is always excellent. I also like the stitching. I will also check out their store as I have heard really good things about it! Good luck to this store.

Sadaf’s collection is amazing. I always get my inspiration from instagram and then click on the website to browse more Pakistani clothes for different occasions. I have shopped a few times and I must say the quality is really good and the prices are reasonable. I also see lots of designer pieces go on sale! Would highly recommend because of exceptional customer service!! There is also a shop that i visited on Lea Bridge Road and Sadaf found me a really pretty orange shalwar kameez

I had to personally request that my order be shipped, and this was two weeks after placing it. It seems they had no intention of shipping it without my intervention. Reaching them was nearly impossible—I sent several emails with no response and only managed to get through after numerous phone calls. When they finally shipped the order, they sent me the wrong tracking number.

Needed a gift for my wife and I was abit skeptical about ordering online however, still went ahead and arrived within 4 days

I ordered 3 outfits online, all were as described and as on pics, all stunning pieces. Outfits arrived in timely manner and within the promised date, beautifully packaged. One had to be returned due to size, customer service was excellent, great care given when I needed support with return and sorted refund immediately. Delivery times/dates are very deceiving. Promised next day service and waited almost a week! Customer service is at 0 as they would not achknoledge or respond to any email or attempt at contact,the quality of the clothing waa very deceiving aswellm

The suits are beautiful,the fabric and finishing is to a high standard.
One thing above all is i appreciate, there customer service...i placed an order for a few suits but then realised the delivery time would be too late for me..as I bought these suits for gifts...as my brother was travelling abroad and the suits won't reach us in time...I messaged sadaf collection
