We were delighted to discover Sam Brown London, a bespoke leather workshop in Brixham, Devon. The quality of their genuine leather belts immediately caught our attention, sparking a conversation that led to us having measurements taken and placing of orders. Despite being busy preparing for an upcoming show, Anthony kindly made time to complete our order whilst we continued with our vacation, promising they would be ready for collection by Friday.

We were thrilled to receive a call the following afternoon, letting us know our belts were ready. The service was outstanding, the craftsmanship exceptional, and the personalised initials on the belts were a thoughtful touch that ensured there would be no mix-ups. We highly recommend Sam Brown London for anyone seeking quality, unique products and a memorable customer experience.

I bought a small bag, and in hindsight, I wish I hadn't, as it's like an average high street chain bag but with an overinflated price tag. I was persuaded by a smarmy and arrogant man that it's high quality, but it really isn't the best. Would not recommend.

What can I say, a fantastic experience from the moment I entered the shop and met Anthony. He was very kind and helpful whilst sizing me up for my handmade belts. Upon collection, I was even more delighted with the quality too. The range is extensive, belts, bags and lots more. Likewise, the colours of the leathers. The smell of the shop and the leather goods are amazing too!

Great quality, and even better service. I must have had mine 10 years, and when it needed shorterning - due to weight loss - they were so incredibly helpful. I even brought another one as they are such good quality, and seem to get better as they age! - They even went above and beyond and put the original initials which were cut off on shortening back on the belt. Lovely touch as it was a present from my son.

Living locally we popped into the Brixham store for advice and enquiry about an item we saw in the window at the weekend. The chap couldn't have been more disinterested, arrogant and rude. Needless to say we left without more and will not be returning. Get over yourself and stop prejudicing books by covers.

I’ve used Sam Brown before for belts and they have always lasted well and are well made. The ordering was simple and I was phoned before the belts were made to check additional stitching colours etc. The belts were delivered a day later.

This is my latest purchase from Sam Brown, and I am never disappointed by the quality and the care put into all of their beautiful products. This belt is a gift for a friend who will be absolutely thrilled.
A special mention should go to the customer service, which was exceptional. I needed the belt at short notice and I was not let down. Thank you very much.

I ordered the large tote bag in orange which arrived well packaged, the bag is beautiful and well made, my husband was impressed and ordered the matching compact bag for me which again is beautiful and well made. They have both been taken for a short trip away so I can confirm that they are also both useful!
