The Satisfaction None Store

The Satisfaction None Store is a terrible company with no intent to deliver customer satisfaction.
I cancelled my order within 24 hours ago because I paid $75 for overnight delivery for an item that cannot be air shipped. 😡. Which I didn’t find out until after I placed my order and saw that that FedEx had not received the package yet and it was 20 hours after I placed my order. I was told that my order was cancelled and that I would receive the cancellation confirmation email in 24 hours.
I called them back 48 hours later and confirmed that my order was kind of cancelled. Because they had submitted a delivery order in FedEx. Although FedEx had not received my product yet.
Two days later I finally received an email from the Satisfaction None Store. It was a survey asking for my feedback about my delivery. 😩😡. The email also said that if I had cancelled my order that there I was to ignore the email. So I assumed they had finally cancelled my order.
I was wrong, and saw the charge on my credit card. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I was finally contacted by my credit card company asking me if I received my product. I told them “No” and they said the Satisfaction None Store said my product was delivered 2 weeks after I ordered my product. I told them that I definitely did not receive my product and I cancelled my order. I received a letter from my credit company saying that the charge was valid and I would have to dispute the charge directly with the Satisfaction None Store. So I called them again and they said that the order did show it was cancelled, but because a FedEx order had been credited that I needed to refuse the delivery. I was never told anything about that and I was even home when the package was supposedly delivered. My complaint was escalated to the Satisfaction None Store billing manager and I was supposed to receive a phone call in 72 hours. Of course, I never received a call then either. 😡. So I called them again to find out that I would need to talk to FedEx. 😡😡
Unbelievably frustrating and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Now I am out $531 for a product that I canceled and never received.
I will never do business with this company ever again!!! And I recommend that no one else does either.

Tim was excellent to work with. Bill from allovercommunication and his guidance and linking Tim and I was fantastic. Order arrived very fast and on time. Short initial testing of device and service is working well. Very pleased.

I contacted them to see if I could afford to do business with them for 3 phones. When I told them I couldn't afford a 24 month contract they offered me a 12 month contract. I agreed and paid in full up front. The year is up and now they are charging me monthly. They have already made unauthorized charges my credit card totaling $2015.64. Do not trust there deceptive business practices.

Band was stolen

I ordered the write band to protect against radiation and other stuff while wearing my apple watch. It arrived, but nothing was in it when I opened it? I called and told them that it looked like the envelope had been tampered with. They quickly mailed out another band and too soon to tell, but they did a great job in customer service. :)

So I'm very impressed with the well engineered device and Materials used ( steel) for this attachment bracket, ( I'm USING "ON" pitched steel roof of Trailer house ) it makes things SIIMPLE for installation, and mobility of my STARLINK INTERNET SAT SYSTEM. VERY Happy Customer. I'm Hoping your product holds well in all this harsh spring weather and keeps my Dish stable and Attached on my house. Many thanks to all your employees .

I wanted to update my complaint because…

I wanted to update my complaint because in my State and a few others there are laws about this practice of charging after a contract is expired. I don't know all but Idaho, Utah, and Calif have laws similar to this:
Under Idaho Code § 48-603G:

A company cannot legally enforce an automatic renewal unless they:

1. Clearly disclose the renewal terms
Must be “clear and conspicuous”
Cannot be hidden or buried in fine print
2. Clearly explain how to cancel
Must provide an easy, no-cost cancellation method.

There is the law to protect consumers from shady practices as this company is doing.
Also the company despite requests have never shown me the exact contract I signed, proof of renewal terms and my consent. Yet they fighting me over the approximate $532 they charged my CC without any notice.

I mean companies can continue charging your CC but don't have to advise the customer they are doing it is beyond my comprehension.

Anyway, some consumer protection groups will be notified as well as the AG of Florida. Don't let companies pull this scam.

The Worst Customer Service

They will sell you a new phone but will not stand behind it

I purchased a Iridium 9575 from the Satellite Store in late December, within days after receiving my phone I had issues, with it. I was asked to send my phone back in for a firmware update at my expense, which I did. I was told after waiting for 2 weeks after they received it, and hearing nothing from them, the phone I was sent was apparently old stock and must have been in inventory for 5-7 years, the phone I was sold by The Satellite Store, the processor was so old that my phone would not allow it to take the firmware update, I was then told they were going to ship me a brand new current inventory phone, another week went by hearing nothing from therm, I have been calling for the past 6 days straight, every tech I speak to has been telling me they are trying to get a new phone out to me, I was then told today they did not want to issue me a brand new phone, and they had to call Iridium and request a special patch, for the firmware update that my phone would accept. Then I was informed today they were not issuing me a new phone as it would take 6-8 weeks for them to get a new phone which is an absolute lie. Now I am being told the phone they sent to me 60 days ago, which had bugs and issues from day one, has to have a special custom firmware patch, and now they are reusing to send me a new phone.

The Satellite store is the worst, terrible customer service, lie after lie for 2 weeks straight, I can only recommend everyone stay away from the store and purchase your satellite phone from another carrier. I am almost to the point to hire an attorney, I have only had new new - old phone for 1 day before these issues began, ...... It had this flaw in it when they shipped it to me and refused to make it right.

The worst terrible service, again they just lie and lie and lie to you.......
