This is my 3rd purchase from SatellitePhoneStore for my family. Purchase is always easy. Staff is fabulous and ready to chat if any questions on products or services. Shipping is quick (placed order eveing of 30Dec and shipped next morning). Great team and great experience.
Not very honest, even much more less concerned.
Placed order for a "User Replaceable Battery" as stated on your web site. No where on the website it detailed anything about needing a core to be sent in for a service, vice a new battery being sold as advertised as "in stock" on your website. Funds sent /processed, no response from SatellitePhoneStore for 12 days. Then without notice, you decided to charge my bank account again with a small fee for verification. Which really doesn't make any sense since you already had taken a large amount from that very same account. After numerous back and forth emails (beating a dead horse/pulling teeth with responses that had no relevant explanation to falsely advertising the item or correcting it), you stated you would refund, but still never did. To this day, still no refund. Forced me to file a case with funding institution. You spent more time arguing with customer than updating your web site (still not updated). I imagine things would have turned out the opposite with a sale if you simply were honest and showed a concern. Most likely you prefer to do the same to other willing customers as much as you can get away with. As I'm sure this will be ignored, it is now on Yelp and elsewhere till refund and correction is made. Really showing your true nature to all. Thank you.

I have been doing business with Satellite Phone Store for years. They are amazing people and their products and service are 2nd to none.
If you’re in a hurry, avoid, especially for the cost
The lack of communication is overwhelming, or at least it was for my experience. Never showed a delay to ship but took over a week and a phone call to get them to even send my item. Don’t call the FL office because they never answer, so pray the people in CA are trying to help. The site said quick shipping, so paying the premium price for an item seemed like it’d be worth it. You’re better off cross shopping and paying less while waiting on slower shipping because in the end, it’d be cheaper and just as expeditious. The added cost is not worth it, obviously. I’d never shop here again.

Power for emergencies
After ordering my EcoFlow Delta I recieved a follow up call from the tech services to go over my order. I discovered I needed an extension cable for the solar panels and after recieving the order and setting it up it made a world of difference. Thank You guys for your atrtention to the details !!

I heard Tina and Mike Adams talking and promoting how great the products are and the customer service. So I decided to give a shot and bought multiple items. Withy my last big order I placed, it was a nightmare and still is.
I received all the items separately which is fine.
The Sales rep told me she would email me tracking numbers when shipped. Never got them. I called several times to check if the items had shipped but never got an update I just gave up on that and waited for the items to arrive. When I received the last item which was not what I have ordered and paid for, she told me that my order had been delivered. I knew that already that wasn't the reason I had called.
I called to inform her that the one of the items recieved wasn't what I had paid she promised to get back to me. I have not hear from her till this day.
I called the billing department to Inquire about refund for the price difference on the wrong item received.
She had no clue what I was talking about, she asked me if I was asking for discount. After explaining the situation to her again. She transferred me to the sales representative. I left a voice mail. Hopefully she gets back to me soon.
Ely totally Enhances Customer Experience
I don’t quite understand the sentiment of Customers who have contributed jaundiced comments regarding the Customer Service Experience with Satellite Phone Store. Admittedly, I am a new Customer, a Retiree who is technologically challenged, but in the several conversations I’ve had with the team they have been SUPERB! Today, I had a very simple question and spoke with Ely in Fl. He was 10++ on a 1-10 scale. To use the 1 question sub from a major airline Headquartered in Atlanta “on a Scale of 1-5 with 1 being least likely and 5 meaning definitely; Would you hire the Customer Service person that just assisted you”? Ely , YES I would definitely hire you and Satellite Phone Store you have an exceptional employee working with you in Ely!

I would have to say a zero They sent me a system that was registered to someone else I was told to send it back I paid $65.00 in shipping in June and still do not have a system Not to mention they forgot the router. And now they career charging me and the got the system back. I am filing a complaint to FCC Atty General

I paid for 2 day xpress shipment and your company sat on my order for 4 days, then called me just to confirm I placed the order and said it would be shipped in 2 days. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and the customer service rep could have cared less about the issue. I'm waiting on my refund INCLUDING the 2 day shipping charge.

I didn't like that the sales rep quoted…
I didn't like that the sales rep quoted me full price ..then 10 min later while I was researching i notice on your website that they had a sale. When I called back to speak to him he was unavailable. I then talked to another sales rep and she updated my quote to reflect the correct sale price.
4 months trying to get refund for retrurned equipment
Equipment arrived fast. Unfortunately it was faulty. I requested a return after 3 days which was well within their return policies requirements. They were non responsive and after many emails they delayed , stalled, lied, and did everything they could to see that the equipment was not returned within their 30 day limit. Once the 30 days were up they agreed to the return. I returned everything using a shipping label supplied by them. After not getting any confirmation or any type of communication I made a chargeback on my credit card. They lied to the investigators and did not tell them that the equipment had been returned. CC company then treated the dispute as a billing error and found in their favor. I had to open another dispute to which cc company found in my favor and credited my account. 2 days later cc company took the credit back because phone store claims that because the equipment was not returned in the 30 time period they want a 20% restocking fee. Well, if they had not stalled and did everything they could to delay the return it would have been back the first week. So, now its back with the cc company for who knows how long. It's been almost 4 months already.

Bad Timing
I had 1 question about the item I was looking to purchase. I posed the question in the online chat assist. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to respond. Once the order was placed it took at least 2 days before the item was ready to ship, no problem there. But I paid for FedEx 2 Day shipping. It took 4 days to get to me. I don't know if that is a FedEx problem or that what I paid for to ship faster was not what the company paid to ship it and pocketed more of my money. I am not happy that it took so long to get it to me. Really glad I didn't pay for overnight shipping!
