Ordered 2 scopes and phone mount September 07 2026 got a email within 24 hrs saying it was packed and sent out along with tracking number. When checking tracking number it was invalid. They replied that it was correct, so a few days later I checked again, same again invalid number. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Wish I read the reviews first. Starting to feel like I've been scammed. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Initially I ordered the Star Scope expecting from the advertising showing you can see miles away, then to be able to do that the phone attachment was required. I placed the order hoping to be pleased. I was completely disappointed. I’ve returned both the Star Scope as well as the phone attachment adapter in one envelope with their original packaging too. I did receive a confirmation of the Star Scope refund of $66.77 September 7th per my credit card. I’ve been getting the run around since for the refund of the phone attachment of $44. This is completely unacceptable. I’ll be posting my experience to share more so others will know about Savvy’s practices.
I’m adding this to my recent review in response to Savvy Smart Deals reply.
I have sent multiple emails to include all the order numbers as well as the return shipping tracking number, now you are asking for it all again? My time is valuable, I’ve done everything possible already. I’m sure that your customer service department has all the emails plus responses. I’m a disabled senior, I’m done with jumping through all the hoops, I’ll be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge directly with them then Savvy Smart Deals will have to deal directly with them.
