Brenda Serna is the most professional person I know. She went out of her way to satisfy me. On the other hand I am very disappointed and feel I was discriminated against with a premium that is based upon no factual medical basis and purely what someone wanted to increase the premium. A thorough review needs to be conducted including Brian O'Connell who was far from professional and only looked out for his own interest.

My agent was great! Answered all my questions and provided valuable insight on a topic I with which I have little experience.
I was provided a policy that I feel is completely suitable for my family's situation.
The whole process was completed in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with all of the people who represented the company from start to finish. A letter from the president and CEO welcoming me to the family upon my acceptance was an additional touch of class that was truly appreciated.

My family has been in business for over 95 years and throughout my entire lifetime and dealing with any financial organization, I had by far the most positive experience of my life in career with SBLI last week. Kenya Clark assisted me above and beyond my expectations and was extremely professional, courteous, and compassionate to assist me, particularly given the recent loss of my uncle.
