The technician came in and fixed the washing machine quickly. He was supposed to have a helper who did not arrive, but he did the project by himself in a timely manner.

Andrew was professional, informative and evaluated the problem quickly. He represented Sears well.

The wait time, and time it took to get someone out here was awful.
I think it would be better and more kind to let customers know within a range of 4 hours, when to expect a technician. Some technicians let you know when they are headed to your home within a 30 minute period. With your current system I waited from 7am - 6pm for the technician to come and 4 out 5 days he did not show at all. The all day expectation that a repairman is coming that day, and then get rescheduled is not nice, especially if the same experience occurs 4 days in a row. If the repairman did make it to my job today, surely he should be there early the next day. Otherwise, something else is going on.

Joe was knowledgeable, had excellent public relations. We found him to be smart, honest, flexible, understanding, and the consummate professional. Joe could easily be our "go to" technician and we highly recommend him. He assessed the situation, ran some diagnostics, and presented a solution. Excellent!

I do have a complaint with Sears Home Services and the endless cycle of bots on the phone. PLEASE, isn't there some way customers can get the assistance they need? No matter what number one dials, the bot presents the same endless cycle.

Our technician was excellent!! 5 Stars ! Found the problem and we are back in operation. One less star is the cost. Not his fault.

Nick came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about fixing my fridge ice maker. Very impressed with the level of service I receive!

One Star is way too much for Sears Service. (tech - Mike D.) First visit charge for labor: $339.95. Total time required to get refrigerator label (previously sent to Sears service) and diagnose issue: 1 min (MAX )- probably closer to 15 secs.

The first time he came he's van leaked oil in my driveway I told him the second time he came it leaked oil again also I thought it was a little high

The technician was fast, friendly and my issue was addressed. He answered all of my questions.
