Adam is very thorough and knowledgeable. He has fixed 3 of our appliances now and he’s done an excellent job on each one.

Polite. Identified himself. Covered his shoes. Got my oven fixed the first visit neat and clean.

The technician was very thorough in explaining the issue with the refrigerator, including what was causing the problem and why the refrigerator needed to be replaced. I appreciated the clear and detailed explanation.

Roger is very rude! This is the second week in a row that sears repair sent an unqualified technician to repair our washer/dryer combo! Roger said they do not repair these machines and he is not qualified. Why does Sears have a contract with Lowe’s warranty on my LG product if they can’t fix it? Waste of my time once again. Roger has a nasty attitude today towards my husband and I, raising his voice to me! Bad customer service!

Gregory preformed excellent service. He took the time to explain why we possibly having issues and gave some tips on helping the reoccurring problem.

Do Not Use Sears Home Services for Appliance Repair.
They are basically a scam to sell bad home warranties. They do not stand by their repair work. We had a failure on a solder after 5 months when Sears replaced our refrigerator compressor, and all they did is tell us that we should have bought the warranty because their repair warranty is only 30 days. I will NEVER use them again. This should be 0 star rating. Call anyone but Sears Home Services. You can never talk to a real person until they call you for random reasons, and then expect to get told "you should have bought a warranty".

They are horrible. I would not recommend anyone getting this. The technician lied and said he came to my house we were outside. I sent them pictures that he never came. I sent videos he never came in the neighborhood. The guy didn’t wanna come. Because he wanted the other little guy to come out who first started it and didn’t fix the problem. They changed me and nothing was fixed. This has been a month. So, I had to go buy a refrigerator. Bad please don’t go with them. The customer service said I’m lying, but I have video and then another bad part about it. The guy why did he have a picture of my home in his phone? The picture he had was old because I don’t even have that stuff in the front yard that he took a picture of. I’m gonna have to get a lawyer for this. technician name was David black guy.
