We have not received a response to emails following an online meeting requested by the Sense team after they had seen our original post and requested we take it down. Really disappointing service from start to finish. Please take careful note of what the Sense pre-sales team agrees to, the limited notes in handover, followed by a very apologetic customer service team did not cut the mustard for us!

It is great that I can now see a calendar view of events on the mobile app. This makes my job easier I can now see who is on annual leave via the mobile and can even filter by specific teams, instead of going into my laptop to check!

From the outset, I saw great potential and flexibility in the way SenseHR might help move us from manually managed HR processes across multiple formats into one, self-contained system that would provide efficiency, better management and oversight, and access to key information by employees.
We've been slow to implement SenseHR for various reasons, but during the time it's taken, I've also seen a great deal of advancement and improvement in the system's overall features, broadening its appeal and giving us even more opportunity to lean on SenseHR for more of our HR operations as we grow.
The sheer flexibility and configuration opportunities within SenseHR were what initialy attracted me, and I can only see these being more valuable and beneficial over time, as we understand what we need from the system. The built-in AMI AI platform seems hugely beneficial, but, for now, I just need to improve my own knowledge of what SenseHR can do for us and what, in turn, I need from it.
Rani has been a star during her involvement, and has really pursued the implementation project to a successful conclusion, rallying troops and supporting my learning, and now, having been handed over to our dedicated account manager, I feel comfortable we'll continue to get the support we need to get the most out of SenseHR for our specific business needs.

Hello, just wanted to give a shout out to the Team at SenseHR - we’ve been using SenseHR since January 2025 and have been very happy with the system. The automated support is especially helpful, with queries seamlessly flowing through to an individual team member whenever the bot isn’t able to assist, which gives a great balance of efficiency and personal support.
It’s also really positive to see SenseHR continually developing and enhancing the platform with ongoing improvements and updates. Keep up the good work! :-)
System is modern and user friendly. Impressed by AMI, I needed a long service recognition policy and literally typed that into AMI and she produced one for me, to a very good standard, I provided Company logo and colours and she even branded it for me. Very helpful!

We’ve had a great experience with Sense, and honestly it’s been one of the smoothest software rollouts we’ve handled.
From the outset, the transition from sales to operations was seamless. Everything discussed was clearly documented and carried through into onboarding, and the initial setup call was thorough, structured, and actually useful. It set a strong foundation, and importantly, the team stayed engaged well beyond that first interaction.
The support and customer success teams have been a real standout. Communication has been consistent without being overwhelming, and whenever we’ve needed help, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. It never feels like a chore reaching out, if anything, they’re proactive and easy to work with.
Where Sense really shines is flexibility. The workflows and configuration options give you proper control without forcing you into rigid processes. Anything we’ve needed to tailor has been, we’ve had regular checkins and clear visibility on timelines, usage, and renewal dates, so there have been no surprises. It feels like they genuinely want you to succeed with the platform, not just sell it and disappear.
Overall, the system has continued to improve, and it’s clear they take feedback seriously and act on it. For us, choosing Sense has been the right decision, and it’s become a reliable part of how we run our HR processes.

I really like Sense. What I like most is that the salesperson is also our Account Manager, so nothing gets lost during the transition. So far the team are really enjoying the system. I love our new workflow which we built which checks how many people are off in a team before going off for approval, and decides if it should be sent or not. Never seen anything like this before.

We are still in implementation and throughout this process Rani has been superb. She always goes the extra mile, very knowledgeable, personable and seems to be able to make the system do whatever we want! The system is very easy to use, love the mobile app and the fact that there is constantly updates and new releases. Thoroughly recommend already and we haven't even gone live yet!

Every single thing we try to do on SenseHR doesn't work and then we get stuck in a ticketing system which involves multiple messages back and forward. The product has not been fit for purpose all the way through but they refuse any type of refund.
Morgan was amazing, thank you for taking the stress of HR of my mind and training me on using Sense.
We recently only started using the Sense HR platform, after many years of using other platforms and internal versions, we have been very impressed by what the system can do for us. We also had a query on an aspect of the system and the service that was provided by Kully and lewis was exceptionally professional and just what is needed in situations like ours.
