Sense HR is a brilliant simple yet sophisticated software that incorporates all our HR needs. Joel was brilliant help from start to finish, answering all of my questions.

Our switch to SenseHR was made so much easier with the help of Joel Attwood. He guided us through the process and went over and above to solve our issues. Quick to respond it was a pleasure to deal with Joel.

The implantation of our data was handled seamlessly by Sam Binkley and whilst some of our data wasn’t quite formatted and organised in the correct way, it was explained in simple terms how to correct.

Launch day came and went without a hitch and the feedback from our employees was overwhelmingly positive, compared to our old system.

We've recently launched SenseHR, so it's still early to provide a comprehensive review of the software, but so far, the experience has been excellent! I want to highlight our Project Manager, Joel, who has been incredibly responsive to all my emails and queries - the level of support and responsiveness is something we haven't experienced before! Joel and the entire team has been very helpful in addressing any questions we've had, and we're confident that the system will be a great tool to streamline our processes.

We have recently switched over to SenseHR after being drawn to the flexibility and automation that it can provide. So far, the team have been helpful, responsive and clear. I couldn't fault the customer support.

We are still navigating the system and are experiencing some teething problems, as expected. But Jordan Moore and the support/data team couldn't be more helpful in getting things sorted for me with speed.

I guess one suggestion I would like to make would be the functionality of a demo platform that you can trial for a week. Currently, there is no option for that. So now that we have gone live, I am experiencing some things which I might have been better prepared for had I properly used the system ahead of launch.

In summary, great system with great potential and I am excited for my admin to be reduced!

Sense has been our first foray into using a digitised HR system, it has been a simple onboarding and the system has worked as promised. The Sense clock has been a great addition to us and has met all our needs without a large capital outlay. I would highly recommend Sense to any small business looking to upgrade and streamline their HR systems.

We are only a few days into the team using the SenseHR system, but so far so good. Implementation went well with the support of Jordan and a few other members of the team. Finding the user side nice and easy, the team like the look of it. What I have been most impressed with so far is the help with the backend updates, we needed some permissions changed which wasn't possible as an Admin, but the team helped update it for us. This has been very valuable in making it work for us. I look forward to seeing how SenseHR helps the company. Thank you.

I have already left a review for Sense but felt I needed to back this up with another today as once again I have had great help from Martin on the support team with a small revision that I needed for staff access. Martin sorted the problem efficiently and with a fantastic and friendly 'can do' attitude. Suffice to say, my request has now been actioned within 2 hours of asking...brilliant service.

Joel was really helpful and made the whole onboarding process smooth and efficient.
