My experience with Sense was brilliant. I had jack for the first stage of the application and the Joel for the implementation they were both brilliant. Joel was very supportive during the implementation stage and always provided great help! I am very glad we chose to use the Sense app because it can do it all and having the support of the staff throughout the process just made it a great experience.

From meeting Sat at the HR Technology Show at the Excel through to going live with Sense HR has been a very positive experience and the feedback from the end users has also been very positive.
Along the journey we met various people Adam, Joel, Michael and mostly Jordan all have been very professional and gone the extra mile to ensure we were fully supported at all stages.

We had high hopes for SenseHR based on the sales pitch but unfortunately, the product has fallen far short of expectations.
The onboarding process was painful, with meetings cancelled and poor support for data uploads. We encountered numerous issues, including missed data that I had to manually added, despite being told this would be handled for us. Three days holiday added to every staff profile for holiday carry over, which was requested to be removed but didn't happen and I had to amend manually.
The website design is poorly optimised, which make key pages difficult to navigate.
Customer support has been particularly disappointing. Meetings were cancelled without explanation, and the assistance provided for data uploads was inadequate—our data remains incorrect. We requested a refund but were denied due to being outside the 30-day window, even though login details weren't provided until after the data upload.
To top it off, the 2025 holiday allowance isn't showing for staff, so they are unable to book holiday for next year, adding to the ongoing frustrations.
While I had a meeting with Rani who promised better support moving forward, overall SenseHR has only created more work instead of being the time-saving solution we needed, with the constant requests for web amends.
Overall, SenseHR has failed to deliver on what was promised. We are now tied in with ongoing frustration and a product that doesn't meet our needs.

We have just finished our implementation stage with Joel and he has been thoroughly helpful throughout, been a relief to know nothing has been too much trouble to try and fix. Any issues were looked at and we were given realistic timescales with contact throughout. Very accommodating and will work to try and solve anything that doesn't quite work for you as a Company.

Our experience of implementing SenseHR has been excellent. The process to prepare for rollout is clearly defined and easy to follow. We have been supported and guided from day one, and any concerns about making the right decision quickly evaporated. Help is easy to access and responses prompt. Customer service is clearly a high priority. Rollout was very smooth, and employees report they find it all very intuitive. Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending SenseHR.

Jordan has been great help on implementation and Adam gave me a great training session answering all my questions and needs. Overall very happy with how easy the system is to use and looking forward to rolling it out to my staff. I wanted a system that was user friendly and easy to get all staff in one place. Staff are super helpful and clued up which makes the process seamless. Had a few hiccups with some data uploading but these were soon ironed out by our implementation manager meaning we were back on track with the project in no time. The team at SenseHR are fantastic - the most helpful, responsive and proactive customer support team I have worked with.
On initial enquiry, we received a robust walkthrough from Michael and having decided to go with this system we then worked closely with Sat and Joel to get our account set up to our specific requirements. Being in Jersey we have slightly different onboarding elements but the team quickly developed bespoke fields to meet our needs.
On occasion, questions and quirks do arise but the support team have always responded to my helpdesk tickets within a couple of hours, detailing what I need to do to resolve the issue, or assisting from their end to do this for me. Where there isn't a quick fix, they have taken my questions to the development team and new processes have been implemented to ensure everything continues to work smoothly for us. I cannot fault their support - it really has been second to none.
SenseHR is already a simple and intuitive system to use but the ongoing developments just keep make it better and better.

I have felt very supported by the team at Sense HR!
from the moment we started to explore if this was the possible future for our business in regards to our HR platform, i met with Josh K who really supported us in pulling the data from our old provider and coming to an agreement on moving to sense. Josh went above and beyond in the time he supported me with this.
i was then greeted by Jordan M our project manager who has walked us through each step of the data migration as well as Sam B who was also fantastic on the calls we had ensuring all the data went across in the right format.

We must have looked at 8 or 9 different systems before deciding to go with SenseHR - having had a bad experience with our previous provider we were once bitten, twice shy and customer service was a key priority. Both Michael and Joel have been fantastic to deal with - responsive, friendly, customer focused and solution orientated.
Throughout implementation we had regular check in calls with updates on progress. We were impressed at how quickly the customisations were delivered. The live roll out to staff has also been very smooth.
Our experience to date has left us confident that we have made the right decision, and we are excited about the future journey with Sense HR.
