Auntie Lue was a great session leader. She was extremely friendly, relaxed, professional and was very flexible for us on the day. We had a lot going on and Auntie Lue captivated the kids in a music and sensory session which incorporated lots of different activities and songs. She was very inclusive, great with kids and adults and we were very happy with the session.

Casey held the most stunning sound bath recently for a charity close to my heart. She provided a safe, nurturing space and wonderful new experience for many women. I’ve attended several of her sound baths before and each one is so unique and powerful - leaving you feeling restored, calm and inspired. Oh and she has the voice of an angel!!!

Casey has a kindness and warmth that translates so beautifully through her sound bath. She has a lovely singing voice and a huge amount of talent and love for what she does. Can’t wait for the next one!

I attended Casey's monthly Sound Sanctuary and absolutely loved it. I'd never been to a "sound bath/healing session" before, so I wasn't too sure what to expect. The room was beautifully set up, each person had enough space to lie down and be comfortable and warm throughout. Casey started with a wonderful visualisation which helped us set our intention for the healing session. She made the most beautiful music out of quartz crystal bowls, drums, bells and she sang too. I felt like i was lying in a sea of sound floating without a care in the world. It was truly magical. Casey is a real professional, she made everyone feel safe and comfortable and explained what she was doing brilliantly. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to practice a bit of self care. This is going to be a monthly activity for me from now on.

I booked into a Sound Healing with Casey, my first experience. I have 3 under 3, so carving out time to rest is important.

Firstly the venue was lovely, tucked away and hidden. You already felt like it was a mini retreat. The room was warm and the lighting dim. I was greeted by a lovely spot on the floor, with blankets a head rest and eye masks. I was instantly comfortable.

Casey really treated us well and gave us a wonderful moment. It did not feel like I was there for the amount of time allocated. We had a lovely treat afterwards and a little chat, so we weren't complete strangers anymore.

I'd definitely book again, and will learn how to really make the most of the experience with my mind as well as body.

I had one session with Casey and it was amazing. Such a relaxing time and much needed. She have great voice, makes you completely relax.
I reccomend to everyone who haven't experience sound healing to go for their first time to Casey :)!

Casey created the most magical messy play party for my son Max’s first birthday.

Based around one of his favourite books each tray took the children on a mini messy play adventure through each of the seasons! All of the kids aged 9m to 5 years absolutely loved it - especially the slime and gelli baff!

Casey then entertained the little ones with songs and games! I can’t recommend her and sensory land enough! The party was such an amazing success all thanks to Casey!

Long time fan of Casey and Jadie and the whole gorgeous team. I originally came to their messy play classes for my daughter (pre-covid) and raved about them to everyone who would listen, then post-covid as my daughter grew up, I have been lucky enough to take part in Casey's monthly Sound Sanctuary.

To be honest, I'm a little reluctant to tell people because they are so wonderful I'm worried I won't be able to book in the future as the sessions will be full as soon as tickets are released! But in the interests of honesty, well, it's the most wonderful and powerful 90 mins of my month.

From the venue, which is a little piece of heaven where you feel as if you're in some remote island far from the rest of the world, to the atmosphere Casey creates from the first step through the door to the final sip of tea, it's so well prepared and run. And the effect both in the class, where the level of relaxation is just indescribable, has me sleeping like a baby and then some.

I've never been a big one for meditation, to be honest, and have never really been able to get into the right headspace for it. And I don't honestly know the science behind it, but the sounds Casey produces with a wide range of instruments create the most beautiful and relaxing warmth that lend itself perfectly to just disconnecting from everything outside, and connecting to something internally which is usually drowned out on a daily basis by all the nonsense of daily life.

I would say it's something for people who like the idea of meditation but don't know where to begin, or people who fancy it but are a bit worried that meditation might be a bit "out there" for them and so have never tried. Especially for someone who needs to be away from their phone or not be demanded by the kids for just a couple of hours.

In short, I love it. I can't wait for the next one. I hope I can go every month forever.

BEST SOUND HEALING YET. Casey gave a warm welcome to the group, the location was stunning and very relaxing. We flowed through breathing exercises, mediation and then onto sound healing. Casey surprised us by singing during the session, combined with the bowls and gong it sent chills through my body. The whole session was amazing and a chance to really disconnect from life stresses. We finished with chocolates and sleep tea and a reflection on the session. I slept like a baby that night. What an experience, Would highly recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved the messy play class! I was a little nervous as I have 2 under 2 and was unsure if I’d be able to manage but everyone was so helpful whether that be hold my son for a minute or dry my daughters feet so she didn’t slip! It’s also amazing to be able to let them get as messy as they like (which you wouldn’t at home) and see their senses come alive. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at the Marvellous Mess class. Lots of interesting stations for the children to explore, the room in lovely and the staff are very friendly. I do think my 6 month old was maybe a little young to fully appreciate it but I would definitely go back when she is older!

This was our first time at a sensory play session and my 2 year old was very fascinated and enjoyed every minute of it. Casey and Jade are so lovely and kind and create such a happy atmosphere that you instantly feel like you have known them for long! There was so many variety of stuff available for the kids to explore. I enjoyed getting to meet and talk with other lovely moms! Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

My daughter has been going to messy play with sensory land since she was 5 months old. She turned 3 yesterday and thought why not try out the messy play birthdays.
Best thing I ever did both my 3 year old and 1 year old absolutely loved it along with cousins aging from 2-6

I can’t recommend Casey and her amazing team enough they’re absolutely amazing and filled my heart with joy at seeing how happy all the kids were at the party. We even had a mini disco which the adults got involved and all ❤️.

If you’re looking for a fun filled birthday party for your little ones then messy play birthdays with these guys are honestly the best thing ever. The length they go to make sure everything is perfect and that both children and parents are happy is amazing ❤️🥰

They are so wonderful at a sensoryland. The classes are fantastic and the teachers are warm and knowledgable. I now have my second child and booked them all again.

Brilliant space for little ones and their parents to explore, have fun and spend good time. Everyone at Sensory Land is super profesional and so so so nice that the words don’t describe it!

I have attended several messy play sessions in Streatham which have been absolutely fantastic. All the staff are so warm and friendly and really get to know the children over the sessions. The Christmas special was a particular highlight and lovely to have the opportunity to chat to other local parents while the little ones get messy! Cannot recommend enough!

We had a great play yesterday so many sensory experience opportunities from snow, ice, painting and food play.
The decoration were fab and there was many great photo opportunities ❄️🎄

My baby girl has been doing the baby massage classes in Balham since she was 11 weeks old and I’ll be honest, they are the highlight of my week. Casey is so lovely and welcoming and it’s such a safe space to come and bond with my baby. Dolly loves the baby massage and we’ve signed up for the next season already!

It’s such a great way to bond with your baby.
