Baby massage was the first class I ever took my little boy to when he was only a few months old. It was a lovely, calming space and a great way to catch up with other new mums. I’ve been on a gorgeous mum and baby morning retreat class with some of my NCT group and I also booked my ( slightly hesitant!) husband on a special, one off Daddy and baby morning. He absolutely loved it! Came home full of excitement, showing off his baby yoga moves! It really filled him with confidence to spend time with our son alone and helped him make friends with another dad- they still meet up to take the babies to the park now, a year later 🥰 Casey is such a lovely, warm, fun person who will provide you with lots of clever tips. So sad to have missed out on messy play due to covid but looking forward to more classes soon.

My son and I attended classes and we also had private baby yoga classes with my NCT group.
Both were excellent. Can’t recommend enough.
My son absolutely loved it and he got so much out of it.

Casey was always helpful, attentive and welcoming person when I attended the baby massage classes with my little girl back in November 2019, when she was only 2 months old, we enjoyed it so much we continued the baby massages another term and then went on to attend the yoga classes in 2020. With Covid and the joys of going back to work, we took a break but signed up for the messy play classes for January 2021, we can't wait to go back when the classes can start again and I'm sure my daughter Drew will have lots of fun!

I've been unsure on doing any zoom baby classes but I finally got round to joining one and I'm so glad I did! The valentines baby yoga special did me (and my son) the world of good and it really was amazing so thank you so so much. I really can’t wait for our in person classes now but until we can today's class gave me so many good ideas so again big thank you. Just downloaded the tummy ease course to give a go too! Oh and just to add, how nice it was seeing other babies and mums on the screen too!

We’ve been doing the online baby yoga during lockdown to give us some structure to our day/week! My baby is nearly 5 months old, and he really enjoys all the movements and songs, as well as when I’m moving over him! The course itself is really easy to follow, with super clear instructions, and we can’t wait to be able to do some in person classes soon! Thanks Casey!

My baby and I loved the in-person Baby Massage course we attended, and we are now enjoying the online Baby Yoga course. The instructions are clear and Casey the teacher is super lovely and knowledgeable. My baby is very energetic and I find the massage and yoga techniques help him relax; it’s also been a lovely bonding experience for us. Would definitely recommend Sensory Land.

Using the baby massage online course, a really helpful, easy to follow course. I know use the massage daily with my 12 week old! Will definitely try the yoga next!

Really easy to use. Videos have great production values. My baby is really responding to the massage. Highly recommend it. Casey's instruction is great!

Casey is super helpful and knowledgeable. I am thankful for her courses. They have given me a resource of baby massage to help my little one with just about anything. Glad that there are options that don’t include medicine!
