I love the startup atmosphere Servcorp brings to the table. It's extremely professional & at the same time very chic. Having a great receptionist like Gabriella Vassallo also helps. She is pleasant and genuine in her interactions and has a warm & infectious smile. All my clients who come to Servcorp have actually felt extremely welcome when greeted with Gabriella. The culture of Servcorp is like what you would find in young and budding startups. Great to be a part of this unit.

Rubbish service, We found better value elsewhere. This company is a global player that profits by screwing the SME at every turn.
You're better off sing a smaller provider that have better offices and care about there customers.

Fees are not competitive, go elsewhere!
You'll find better value elsewhere. Check your contract before your sign as they'll slip in charges for services you didn't ask for. Upon exit they'll try everything to rip you off every dollar they can get out of you.

Servcorp staff at Nexus Norwest have made me feel very welcome, always friendly, polite and everything done with a smile. Gabriella at reception always has a smile, and all requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ashleigh is always courteous and helpful and all issues are solved in a professional manner.

I have been using the co-working space at Servcorp Parramatta for a few months. The space provides everything I need to complete my highest priority daily tasks. So far everything at Servcorp works perfectly. The facilities, internet and staff are all outstanding. The co-working area is very comfortable. I have found it helps to make a measurable completion improvement during my most productive morning hours.

I have always wanted a city office... and now I have one. Whilst still working from my home studio, I now have an amazing place to go for meetings or when I am between meetings in the city. It's like I'm a resident of a 5-star hotel. The facilities at Servcorp Adelaide, in Westpac House, are amazing and the hospitality is first class. Whether I am meeting with my Personal Assistant, or just using one of the co-working spaces, it's not only a lovely place to visit, but I also find it encourages me to think bigger... to imagine possibilities I wouldn't otherwise dream of. In addition to all this, I get to meet other business people, I am part of an online presence and the monthly Community Update has already introduced me to new ideas and inspiration. What a find! The Servcorp staff at 10 Eagle Street, Brisbane are very professional and competent in their roles. The office space is presented well and provides for my needs as well as my clients.
They have various size meeting rooms to meet all our needs.
The front desk staff are always well presented and courteous to clients and other visitors....

AVOID THIS PLACE – we had a bad experience at Servcorp Six Battery. Staff attempted to manipulatively extend contract timeframe in spite of clear cancellation notice given upon signing through manipulating auto-renewal notice clauses.

Subsequently center manager and her area manager even threatened legal action. Only after action to have a lawyer band multiple past customers in a collective class-action lawsuit against Servcorp was the situation resolved.

From the moment we met Allison and her team at 101 Collins we knew that we were in good hands. As a start up we reviewed alot of share office location options but what stood out was their professionalism and can do attitude. It really is a shared office for grown ups as we found some of the other options a little unprofessional and not for our taste. Their positive attitude towards helping us with our office admin didn't just stop at our virtual office, we also opted in for the reception phone answering service which ensured we never missed a potential client phone call. The way they speak to your clients and other stakeholders was fantastic and i couldn't have answered the call better if i tried. It didn't matter who answered the phone or what office admin query we had, it was always actioned with the smile and completed promptly. They also have meeting rooms available for hire which works really well if you need to conduct confidential meetings. We have our own full time office so will be moving on but it was such a great start for us. We are still utilizing the phone answering service!. Thank you to Allison and her team.
