Completely incorrect, In service agreement 30 days notice required to cancel and termination fees of 105$.

There is no free trial period, When you will notify the company to cancel or terminate virtual office package, You will be charged at 249$ + 105$ TERMINATION CHARGES + TELEPHONE CHARGES = You will end up paying 400 $ out of pocket.
To join membership I received calls every day, As per sales person one month free no further obligation. Once you sign contract you are trapped. The staff doesn't know company policies.

We recently had our company's Office Launch at Servcorp North Sydney and we were very proud of the outcome. The Servcorp Team were very easy to coordinate with and assisted us all the way. They organised a delicious selection of platters to go best with our Portuguese wines, arranged beautifully with the best view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Many thanks to Taylor, Kayla, Rebecca and Katie for their professionalism and support!

If you want to be ruined by hidden costs, if you want to go to a place where the bill is not clear and you don't know exactly what to pay. If you want to get your rent doubled in the second year with no explanations, If you want to be threaten if you want to leave, if you want to loose your security deposit, if you want an office where internet doesn't work even you pay for it... for sure... go to Servcorp!

The staff at 101 Collins Street (also exception service by Lucy) provide a professional and courteous.

I would highly recommend the Servcorp 101 Collins St Melbourne presence for all interested in a city based office, with access to international and national offices.

Being in a virtual office can be hard as you have no colleagues and may need assistance and sometimes that smile to make your day. I can certainly say you get that in Servcorp. The reception desk team are amazing at any time they will assist and go out of thier way to assist you. I just recently did an early morning breakfast session at Servcorp premise and they made sure guests are directed to the building, welcomed, fed and comfortable.

My transition into becoming part of the Servcorp community was wonderfully facilitated by Crystal and Morgan at their 10 Eagle Street, Brisbane location. Extremely impressed by the professionalism of their approach and the time taken to ensure I was fully informed at every step.

I've been working out of the Brookfield office for 9 months and i love the location. It's very handy for my business requirements and the staff are very friendly. I'd realy like to point out one lady in particular, Lillian Jagger has been such a brilliant person. She is so positive around the office. She is eternally happy and always so willing to help. It's great seeing Lilly everyday here!

Servcorp AMP Tower Perth were brilliant with manning our phones when we closed the office for an event for the first time ever! The Directors were comfortable that we were still available to our clients during our absence - we will use Servcorp again next time.

Exceptional comfort in work space offering and quality at it’s best. Easy assistance as needed and the welcoming to the office daily keeps me feeling warm at work.

On Monday, we had one of our regular meetings at Servcorp, Barangaroo. As usual, the service was impeccable. From the warm welcome at the front desk, to escorting me to our meeting room, everything was perfect. The requested whiteboard was there. The whole facility is ultra clean including the bathrooms. The common kitchen area is maintained during the day and kept in a clean and tidy manner. Any consumables, like napkins, etc are constantly replenished. It is a pleasure to hold meetings there. But the best thing is the staff. Cathy, I think her name was, she provided happy cheerful professional service during our meeting there. Thank you all at Barangaroo!

I have now been running my business from Servcorp Barangaroo almost 18 months. When we first moved in, the Manager in charge was Jasmine which we found to be very friendly alongside the team especially Tahlia.

here is some of the services we used to get:
* 4.00 pm someone would come around with a trolley and pick up our coffee or water glass from our room
* The greetings at the front desk was always pleasant no matter how many times you go pass the reception, there was an eye contact or some form of connection
* The Phone calls we used to get was from the reception and they would introduce the client to us and connect to us
* we had monthly drinks or fortnightly breakfast and the whole floor used to huddle and cuddle together.

Unfortunately that only lasted about 6 weeks and we had another manager Ruchel, a lovely lady that started after Jasmine went away to get married.

There was still some love around the office but not as much as our first week probably 60% dropped, however the receptionist; Jessica, Tahlia and Matilda were still keeping the vibe on with organising once a month floor meeting.

After about 6 months all those services that i mentioned above dropped all together, so i would get phone call come through to my phone without any introduction from the receptionist, the greeting at the desk was sometimes pleasant.

We noticed the receptionists started to leave starting with Matilda, then there was Jessica and finally Tahlia.

The whole office buzz was gone once they left and to top it up Ruchel moved on and that was it.

we did get a new manager but unfortunately we weren't introduced properly.

For the premium that we are paying here i would have expected a professional breakfast or drinks that she introduces her to the whole floor.

If it was me, i would have gone around the office and introduced myself to every single office personally and welcomed them but then again that's just the way i see it.

Servcorp is a well established international organisation with offices in Premium buildings all around the world, i have received exceptional services in the past in the MLC building back in 2014 but unfortunately here in Barangaroo i have been let down and it feels like a 3 star serviced office.

I hope that the buzz is back on the floor so that everyone is energetic and pumped up again like in our first 6 weeks.

i hope you take my feedback and make some changes.

Brookfield Servcorp staff are always very helpful, courteous and professional. They consistently provide excellent service, and always with a smile. No task or request is ever too difficult and its a pleasure to be sharing a floor with such dedicated, cheerful and friendly staff.
It is a shame to see Rikki-Lee departing however I know that Caite, Lilli and Natasha are always there to look after us and will continue with the excellent level of service that we have experienced so far. They are all a valuable asset to Servcorp.
