Buscábamos montar un clúster de servidores para nuestra empresa y encontramos Servermall entre los primeros resultados de Google. Hicimos la solicitud y a los pocos minutos ya nos habían contactado con la cotización preparada.
Realizamos algunos cambios en la configuración, hicimos la transferencia y en pocos días los servidores ya estaban listos para el envío.
Al comprobar el hardware, nos pareció una muy buena opción por el precio y la potencia ofrecida. Totalmente recomendable!

The prices on the website aren't the ones they propose.
The guy i spoke with insisted for showing him other supplier quotes being "sure that they can beat the prices and they will not waste my time". Guess what instead? I showed them the other quotes and they disappeared for days, after letting my department searching all the docs they needed. When he answered back, after i insisted, he told me "oh the suppliers told we can't do that price". Completely unprofessional.

Ottimi venditori ma Esperienza negativa
La mia esperienza con questa azienda è stata estremamente negativa e non posso raccomandarla. Sebbene siano veloci a proporre preventivi, la loro gestione dei problemi è inaccettabile. Ho acquistato un server che presentava un difetto serio fin da subito. Ho cercato più volte assistenza, ma sono stato rimbalzato tra diversi referenti senza che il problema venisse risolto. Questa loro inerzia ha fatto scadere i termini per il reso (30 giorni), e la loro risposta finale è stata un semplice "Non possiamo fare il reso perché sono passati i 30 giorni, ma possiamo farti un'offerta per un altro server", ignorando completamente la loro mancata assistenza. State alla larga se cercate un fornitore affidabile e con un supporto clienti efficiente.

Impeccable service, flexibility, and commitment
I placed an order with Servermall, and the team helped me optimize the configuration, ensuring the server perfectly met my needs.
I had a couple of special requests that I didn’t think would be possible on a refurbished server, but they managed to fulfil them without any issues. Their level of commitment and flexibility is truly impressive. Additionally, the preparation and shipping times exceeded my expectations in a very positive way.

Pièces manquante et mauvais service après vente
La commande et le service commercial est très compétent. et le serveur fonctionne à présent très bien.
Le serveur est arrivé avec des pièces manquantes (SSD) et sans la configuration consentie. Pour économiser du temps, nous avons fait cette configuration avec les pièces renvoyées par Servermall à leur frais, par notre informaticien qui n'est pas gratuit.
Servermall nous a envoyé un disque dur supplémentaire en compensation, mais sans le tray caddy que nous avons du acheter nous même. Cette affaire à duré près de 5 mois.

Un article manque dans ma commande, j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails sans réponse ! J'ai appelé et on m'a promis de m'aider par mail. RIEN RIEN RIEN.
UPDATE:
J'ai été recontacté par le SAV et mon souci résolu. La personne était en vacances et s'est excusé du retard (28 jours depuis mon premier mail tout de meme.)
Tout est bien qui finit bien je suppose

Le service est excellent, je recommande vivement. J’ai commandé trois serveurs HP à un prix très attractif, ainsi que deux serveurs Synology. La livraison a été très rapide. Le seul point négatif est qu’il faut appeler un numéro étranger pour commander depuis la France.

Clear and fast
It was a good expierience. We got a very good support, preinstallation and a fully configured V-Server Host with very good components for a really small price.
The process and the german communication with the sales person was straight, clear and good. RAM SSDs and HDDs were new and unused.
The server configuration and delivery to germany was handled in one week due to DHL Express shipping.
Looking forward to buy the next server also at servermall.

Overall great experience
Very helpful people, they sent us a great machine for a good price. They walked us through the possibilities of building it, and it works great. Communication was very good. The only problem in the whole collaboration was the time in which they sent the product, because it took too much time in my opinion. About 2 weeks until it arrived.

Fully configurate of server on good price!
I used to configure new desktop machines and was very happy to find out ServerMall does the same, but for servers second hand as they are new :-). My order was for a Dell server and they were able to find exactly the configuration I needed. Shipping was fast, and communication with the seller was excellent. I rarely give recommendations, but this company is one that will do the job excellent.

Ich habe die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung des Kaufes sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Professionell und kompetent war auch die Verifizierung der einzelnen von mir ausgewählten Komponenten des Servers. Die gesamte Abwicklung des Geschäfts war äußerst freundlich. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben.
Bereits am folgenden Tag bekam ich die Nachricht, dass das Gerät in den Versand geschickt worden ist. Nach nur einer Woche hatte ich den Server, einen Dell R430, bei mir zu Hause. Professionell und sehr sicher verpackt.
Nach einer Woche intensiver Konfiguration und Nutzung des Servers kann ich nur die hervorragende Qualität der Komponenten bestätigen.
Alles in Allem bin ich mit dem Kauf und diesem Unternehmen mehr als zufrieden. Dies war sicherlich nicht der letzte Kauf. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen nur empfehlen.
