Esperienza perfetta!
Abbiamo potuto configurare a nostra misura un server HPE DL360 Gen. 9 per la nostra piccola azienda.
Sito funzionale, ottimo servizio clienti (Serafima TOP), costi molto concorrenziali.
Il server è arrivato dalla Lituania a Lampedusa in perfette condizioni, imballo perfetto.
Il server pur essendo rigenerato sembra essere nuovo.

Great help choosing the right parts for the server so that everything was right from the start. Good communication with the company, even if it took more than the promised hour before the quote arrived, but it doesn't matter when everything is then correct. The delivery was well packaged and the delivery came with DHL.

I rate it 4 stars because the 1h reply is misleading. I had all the required information by mail (maybe less reactive since I'm not a pro). I received it within a week in France. Everything was well-packed. I had an issue with my power supply that died at the first boot. Fortunately, the technical support was extremely reactive and I received a new one the NEXT day!

I would recommend them to anybody willing to buy refurbished servers in Europe!

I've bought 3 servers for my first purchase with Servermall.
Even if it took more than an hour to get an offer, everything went fine from order to shipment.
Packaging was neat and so were the servers.
I just encountered a problem with one server to boot my raid array but the support answered me in an hour and solve the problem.
So i'm very satisfied and will certainly buy again in the future.

I bought a Dell T630 8LFF with 64gb ram and H730 card. I made the first contact on a Saturday, the consultant called me on Monday and I had my server with me 5 days after payment. Purchasing was seamless and on point and the server is working perfectly (I did all hardware checks twice). I highly recommend them.

even talked to live support and she told me that the manager would send it soon

so I hope you remove that button or change it to be in 48h to be more realistic

We have purchased our fourth server at Servermall and once again the service and speed have been excellent.

made my configuration Online. Then received an offer. I made several changes afterwards. Assembled and sent within a 2-3days.Nothing to complain about, so well deserved 5*

Ordering from Servermall isn't my issue today. Servermall gave me some wrong advise through technical support while they assembled my two servers. The now fired Servermall Employee, who which got fired in the middle of my purchase (so Servermall should know their mistake), suggested a CPU and some DDR4 RAM 2400 Mhz which is not compatible with each other. Which i figured out when I received my servers. After contacting customers support for several hours, demanding they would fix the problem they caused, they rudely blocked and deleted all our curring messages from livesupport. Luckily I've taken pictures of ALL our messages, and would like to share my experince to this scam webshop. Now I gotta live with two not compatible components in my two servers, costing me months of work money. I hope you guys do NOT choose to buy from them, and get ripped of just like i did. Please take a moment to view these chats.

Excellent. The price for the server was very affordable. The speed of delivery and communication was exteremly fast. Support was great. Very satisfied with our choice.

Amazing. The support was great. I was able to communicate with a consultant through WhatsApp, email or phone. The products are priced really fair. Everything came packaged safe and worked out of the box. Even some add-ons not mentioned in my configuration were possible. On top of all that, the consultants have great knowledge. I ordered a server with 12LFF Bay but without Raid-card because I would use an HBA. The consultant contacted me and let me know the internal Raid-Controller does not connect all 12 drives. This is extremely helpful when trying to avoid errors. On top: Quick shipping, everything clean and ready to install.

The prices on their website are not correct!!!! They are showing 1200 euro for a switch, and when I want to purchase, they said the price is 5100 euro!!!!

Simply, the server is perfect, no errors, beautiful RAID tool, updated BIOS (thank you very much), wonderful PSUs, amazing benchmark and other details that you took into account but that I completely forgot.

This is our third server from this company.
