We had some concerns shopping for a server online but now we came out very satisfied.
First of all we got exactly the configuration we wanted.
Product came even faster than expected.
The server was very well packed with some unexpected addons.
We also got the caps on the empty drive shelves - this is something we would not expect for a second hand server.
We got excellent after service support. The team is very supportive - usually you would be asked to pay for such service :).
If they got what you need do not hesitate to go for it!

Everything was pitch perfect. Communication trough email was fast and everything was done in two days. Deliver and goods was as arranged and withut problems

Their customer services is awesome : The initial build that I wanted had some incompatible parts. They contacted and warned me about that and gave me a better solution for what I had in mind.

Got my r720xd for my homelab at the beginning of the year. Except for some small cosmetic scratch on the top cover, the server was in really good condition for a refurbished unit. Got it up and running in 20 minutes without any problem :)

I decided to get serious about taking control of what's going on on my home network and setup a 10GB/s firewall running pfsense. I spent a lot of time trying to find someone that was Europe-focused that could ship decent used hardware at a reasonable price. I sent a RFQ for product configuration I made on the servermall website in the evening, got a reply on whatsapp next business day from Arina with an offer for better hardware and lower price than advertised (because the exact config I requested on the website was not available). I paid import tax via DHL website which would have been a lot less than VAT in my country. The server arrived in a professional box/packaging. Rails and PSU were included, so I put it in my rack, added my own power supply cable and it powered on like it was new. I bought a nearly identical 2nd server from them some weeks later, got a direct quote via whatsapp. I had a technical question about fans and received a reply next business day. Overall very satisfied and would buy from them again.

Super helpful and knowledgeable sales agents, quick shipping, good prices, always ready to find something not readily available from other suppliers, and their post-sale support and warranty is top notch, they answer in minutes, help with the setup if necessary and if anything breaks they take care of it even years after purchase - truly outstanding, I hope they keep it up.
