So I tripped and my beautiful Fold 7 fell on wet pavement and survived the crash but no longer was in perfect condition had so many scuffs and scratches and the cover screen on top corner chipped off. I proceeded placing a claim using Samsung Care+ with Servify...I was approved for a replacement paid my $99 deductible and even though I had the Blue model one, for me to get the same color I had to wait more than a week for it so I was given the option to get the Jet Black one instead that was I stock. From when I started claim and getting the replacement all it took was less than 7 days so I'm pretty happy about that and the replacement Fold 7 in Jet Black was in new condition, no issues with it works perfectly fine and now I can get back to streaming on my Fold 7. 5 🌟goes to the Samsung Care+ and Servify for their prompt outstanding claim service. Definitely recommend getting Samsung Care+ cause you just never know as I'm always careful with my devices!

While the replacement for my wife's malfunctioning phone occurred promptly, what happened afterward was totally unsatisfactory. My wife and I were in a retaurant when her phone locked with a message from Servify saying we locked your phone becuase you haven't returned the original malfunctioning phone. Except that four days earlier I received the confirmation email from Servify saying we have your malfunctioning phone. Not only were you wrong in locking the phone, you providing no warning. What if there was an emergency call in progress or other important situation? When I called Servify to straighten this out, after over an hour of being passed around and being on hold, the Claims Representative said "Oh, we found a scratch in the screen, it's going to cost you the replacement cost of $99." Really, a scratch. Frankly, I don't believe it. But we were screwed since you remotely and unjustifiably locked my wife's phone. I paid the money and then we had to do a drill to get it unlocked. We've been Samsung customer for about 10 years and a Samsung Care payer for years. Not anymore. Our next phones will probably not be Samsung.

I had to get a Samsung phone replaced due to a screen issue. They didn't have a replacement in stock so offered me a newer model with equivalent specs and then sent it with next day shipping. 10/10, will buy extended warranties through these guys in the future.

Very bad experience. I bought new phone from Samsung, and I get the promise that I would have priority on repairing the phone. I made an assurance on Servify, and then, nodded their services. It is more then a week, and they couldn't tell me if the phone could or could not be repaired. They couldn't tell me anything. Just wait. Until when??

This company is a scam. Thier customer service hangs up on you when it is 3 am. Thoer own tech support website dosnt accept pierods.
Its ben 3 days and they where to get back to be in an hour. How isnthis insurance company not fraud. I have 4 emails telling me thier own representative cant cancel a mail in order.

I've sent a phone for repair. It took 30 days to send it back to me (so the maximum repair duration in the terms of service). The phone got back with a broken screen (a black dot at the edge of the screen). I've sent an email to complain about it. I've received a response that "if this issue does not make the phone non-functional, it will not be fixed by this team". After my next email complaint, they said I can request a new repair with standard wait duration... So I did. After two days, I received a message stating that the request was cancelled, but no further information was provided about what would happen next. I've both called and texted to ask what's going on. They said that the status is incorrect and the phone is now being repaired... After 4 weeks, I emailed to ask about the status. They said it is cancelled... and that they will proceed with my question to the technical team. I asked: "How long should I wait for the response? An hour, a week, a month?" they said: "I cannot tell"... It was sent back to me after one week, fully repaired. It was an AWFUL experience
